Comments on: Obama Says He's Made VP Choice
Democrat Won't Reveal Who Just Yet; Obama To Appear On The Early Show Friday Morning
- Do you have to own more than 1 - 1 $1,000,000.00 house? To be a VP? What about the people that are still paying on their house,(1) house, that is only worth $20,000.00? Can they be VP? I guess we are not smart enough! Maybe we should be the ones that run for President! We are the ones that know what is going on. What its like to go to churchs for help, need help with are utility bills, so on and so forth. Obama and McCain don''t know what their even talking about. I think the people of the United States should elect a person for President that has hardly any money in their pockets or banks, 1 house that is worth way less than $1,000,000.00, and still have a morgage on it, have a Collection Agency or 2 coming after them, working more than 1 job at min. wage. Then maybe all us POOR PEOPLE might get somewhere in life! All these guys are worried about is HOW MANY HOUSES THEY HAVE AND HOW MUCH THE ARE WORTH! SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! I was going to send a picture of my house so you could put it on the NEWS and see if they would consider me as a VP, (running mate), BUT I guess I can''t do that. ***!

- For the first time in my life, I have actually made up my mind to vote for the Moderate Republican, John McCain.

And if you think McCain is a moderate you are indeed stupid. The American conservative union gives McCain a lifetime rating of 83, Hillary a 9, and Obama an 8. Now explain to me math wizard how the 74 points between McCain and Hillary is less than the 1 point between Hillary and Obama. - Reply to this comment
- I also wonder if the Russian situation is above his pay grade?

Well maybe if he picks Biden as VP, Joe can ''splain things to him - maybe starting with the letters K G & B, as in Putin''s background. - Reply to this comment
- every 4 years, Democratic Party has always found ways to screw things up.
this year is no exceptions. Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean push for Inexperience guy..... So now, no matter WHO Obama picks as VP.... that VP is going to OUTshine him regardless.
Even though I am a Democrat, my best is to pick the President who can best protect this Country.... Unfortunately, the all talk Obama will NOT get my vote.

- Obama was selected, not elected!
Take to the streets next week in Denver.. Obama was selected and the primary process was fixed to help Obama.. George Sorros and Howard Dean did this to our beloved party but we can take it back..
HILLARY Shout it from every street in Denver tie up traffic, bring you banners to the football field tell everyone you don''t want a rock star you want Hillary... - Reply to this comment
- It''d be so cool if his choice turned him down. lol

- This is sad and I don%u2019t know what to do..
All my fellows%u2019 teachers are coming back from summer vacation and I can%u2019t believe the difference in the support for Obama since May. Several were talking about how Obama lied about taking public money for his campaign.
Another one pointed out the fact that in February Obama said his first order as President would be to immediately order the withdrawal of all our forcers in Iraq and now it will take 16 months and maybe longer it all depends what the general says.
One of the male teachers pointed out that Obama thinks anyone who owns a gun is a *** and some kind of Jesus freak.
I don%u2019t know what to say to then, I mean look the Russians invade another country and all Obama says is I hope they can work out the problems.. - Reply to this comment
- ===It''''s pretty obvious that Obama failed to do his reseach on the subject.===

Its pretty obviouus that McCain failed to do his research on the subject (of Iraq/Iran). - Reply to this comment

I wonder if McCain has Lieberman around to whisper in his ear and correct his assessment of the Gerogian situation? I guess that''s "all I needed to know" about McCain. - Reply to this comment
- ===rafterman,
I learned all I needed to know with one sentence, it''''s above my pay grade.===

Yeah, that''s the problem. "All you needed to know", huh? Do you make all your decisions with such meticulous research? - Reply to this comment

Funny, I could say the same thing about you with Obama. You know nothing of the man, so you create fantasies about him (aka, birth dertificate) to tear him down. All these things you think you "know" about Obama are just hateful delusions that ar easily disproven. - Reply to this comment
- ===i find confidence in seeing they are still going after mcCain''''''''s age, McCain''''''''s homes....... THIS IS A REAL GOOD SIGN THEY GOT NO MORE TO GIVE as McCain shines.===

Yeah, maybe you should get back to those serious arguments of your side in recent months, like lapel flag pins and birth certificate conspiracies. - Reply to this comment
- I agree fenner...Obama is starting to look desperate and grabbing at straws...while McCain looks cool calm and collected.
Those dems are sweating now that they realize they nominated the wrong candidate. - Reply to this comment

In the hall of a bunch of religious fanatics, McCain should have done BETTER than what he done, since thats HIS crowd. Let see how well McCain would fair in a debate held at the NAACP....remember he voted AGAINST MLKs birthday..... - Reply to this comment

- i dont follow your logic at all.
romney is quite UNLIKE cheney and John McCain is his own President as you will see.

First I respect McCain very much, however I don''t agree with him on most things, the biggest being when he voted against Vets benifits cause it would hurt active duty retention. I also think he would continue policies of the idiot bush.
Romney is like chaney in that neither could care less about this country or it''s people. bush, chaney, Romney have done nothing in the best interst of the country only the best interest of themselves. I agree however that Romney could not damage this country as bad as bush/chaney has. - Reply to this comment
