So does this mean the corporate media will one day, before the election, talk about McCain''s affair with Rich Cindy, who he was cheating with when he divorced his first wife after she was disfigured in an auto accident? Or about his affair with Vickie Iseman, who apparently closed her eyes and pretended McCain was not a senior citizen?

John McCain dangerous for women....a fellow adulterer

What does John McCain and Edwards have in common? John McCain lied and cheated on this first wife (committed adultery) to mary Cindy McCain a very rich pretty second wife. Since his second marriage there have been more reports of affairs-more adultery. John McCain offered up his wife during a biking campagin event to participate in a wet tee contest. No respect for his wife and women. John McCain voted against equal pay for women. He voted against suporting birth control measures for women . He will overturn Roe vs Wade which he said he will do. He is dangerous for women. In Gods eyes John McCain committed a sin and continues to do so ! Oh maybe he has stoped until maybe he wins the election then back to his old tricks again. America wake up!

---"To those who would try to stretch this into a partison attack on Obama, how can you justify attacking Obama who has honored his vows and remained committed to his one and only wife but look away from McCain''s treatment of his 1st wife."---

I SO didn''t see the cheater aspect of John Edwards . . . but WOW is it ever obvious with Barack. I mean like I guess since he''s never been caught having an affair it''s not appropriate to call him a cheater outright. But are people truly thinking that since Barack hasn''t been caught cheating that he''s actually faithful?

His personality screams serial cheater - narcissistic, ''audacious'', long-time politician, glibly charming to people he''s trying to cultivate and dismissive towards people he no longer needs, uses people as props, puts forth an image which is different from his conduct, control freak with details, doesn''t ever get too close to people, uses shame to get people to back down from doubting his spin, has a conquest mentality about ''winning'' over people . . .

I''m assuming the difference between Barack and McCain isn''t that one is faithful and one is a cheater - jmo but to me it looks like they''re both cheaters and that one just hasn''t been caught yet.

So like I guess more generally I''m saying that realistically isn''t it a stretch for either party to try and claim the moral high ground when it comes to faithfulness?

As one self-described Republican woman stated to the Raleigh news media today, men in power come to think that they can get away with anything and it doesn''t matter if they''re Republican or Democrat.

North Carolinians have had mixed feelings about Edwards since he reneged on his promise to complete his Senate term. This is not so much a shock as a huge disappointment.

To those who would try to stretch this into a partison attack on Obama, how can you justify attacking Obama who has honored his vows and remained committed to his one and only wife but look away from McCain''s treatment of his 1st wife.

He left the wife who waited for him and remained faithful while he was a POW after she was seriously injured in an accident and needed him the most. He couldn''t be bothered with seeking a divorce and waiting for it to be finalized before involving himself with a another woman.

So, if you think Obama should reject the Edwards endorsement than you should consider rejecting your own endorsements of McCain.

Wouldn''t that be the logical moral imperative of your holier than thou position?

I am disgusted that this man had the gall to run for president of our country. He is just as horridly lacking in morality as Bill Clinton. Doesn''''t it appear to you that the slicker they are, the bigger and more heinous their lies? We can only imagine what slick Barack has still hidden in his closet of horrors. Posted by glenncinca at 09:47 PM : Aug 09, 2008*** I hope you won''t be voting for Amnesty Mccain either than for president. Are you also disgusted that Amnesty Mccain is running for president also? You know he cheated on his frist wife when she was badly injured, and then he married beer wife!

Edwards visiting the mother and child after the child''s birth, yet he says the baby girl is not his? Things don''t add up, especially with this woman and his male aid living in separate million dollar homes. Could it be that his male aid "was paid" to claim the child, and Edwards'' volunteer to take a paternity test to throw the media off with the offer?

Now let me get this straight...he told his wife in 2006 about hte affair, yet, he''s been caught meeting with her since last fall...so what does his wife have to say about that?!!! Why does she want to put herself through all this bull**** with some narcissistic egomaniac?!!! Wake up....THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 2006!!!

Its not just the concern of the Edwards family. Edwards is a public figure on the public pay roll who has been seeking the highest public office in the nation, and he used his influence to boost Obama at a critical juncture in the primary when Obama was running neck and neck with Hillary.

Then there is the issue of $3,000,000 in "relocation assistance" to this other woman using funds that could have gone to the DNC.

Then there is the hypocrisy of Obama standing up in a church on Fathers Day and lecturing about fathers taking greater responsibility.

If Obama were a straight shooter Obama would renounce Edwards endorsement unless and until paternity and child support issues are clarified.

What a buffoon. This man has absolutely zero integrity. First he had the affair while his wife was suffering from cancer, and then he tried to hoodwink the entire American public with baldfaced lie after baldfaced lie. I am disgusted that this man had the gall to run for president of our country. He is just as horridly lacking in morality as Bill Clinton. John Edwards Admits Having An Affair

Thats the kind of people who endorse BARRACK OBAMA.
Posted by j-whitman2

No, that''s the kind of people who have affairs- about 50% of American men probably cheat on their wives, BFD
tawhotedo, big news!
Obama did not ask for his endorsement and a candidate can''t prevent someone FROM endorsing them- it''s a free country, the KKK and NAMBLA can endorse McCain and there''s nothing he can do about it.

You were about to mention that McCain ALSO had an affair and then left his first wife after she was badly injured and disfigured in a car accident.

You were JUST about to mention this but you post got cut off right?

I''''ll bet you were JUST about to mention this. Correct?

If Edwards stopped way back when, then why was he trapped a hotel restroom last month?

That sounds about as convincing as Obama and his crack cocaine mis-adventures.

I''m sure you''re asking the same question of McCain who had an affair and then left his first wife after she was badly hurt in a car accident.

You were about to ask that question weren''t you?

When will Obama apologize for Edwards endorsement?

Posted by Verified-CBS

Apologise?? Let''s do a poll and see how many other supporters of major candidates that have cheated on their wives. That would leave not very many supporters left.

Obama said its ok to use crack cocaine now and then, and for his daughters to have abortions.

Why not Edwards for VP?
