Will the Clinton''''s arrogance ever end ?

It is NOT arrogance to want her delegates heard! In past conventions, in both parties, the loosing candidate usually makes a speech, and their name gets placed in nomination. In 1976 for example, even though Gerald Ford had the nomination locked up, Reagan''s name was put in nomination, and he made a prime-time speech.
Even though it''s a forgone conclusion that they will not win the nomination, it''s a way to acknowledge their supporters and those who voted for them in the Primaries!
