Oh yeah, right! And 7 billion auto owners who just paid between $25,000 and $100,000 new cars are just going out and throwing them in the trash bin and shelling out the rest of their life savings for a new electric car! Yeah, that''''s going to happen tomorrow!
Yet the price of oil has dropped significantly at the suggestion of flooding the market with oil.
Talk about the dumbing down of America!

ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Take note! SUV''s are getting traded in at an alarming rate! FORD refuses to launch their NEW F-150''s due to oil prices! Honda''s prius is the #1 SELLING car right now OVER the Ford Mustang! Infact its on a 3 month back order! So you are right that people are spending money still on cars but SUV and Trucks have taken a major blow! Every one is going to the midsize car if not smaller! A family of 4 has been resorted to getting a freaking ford focus for heavens sake! The auto makers have been crippled after suffering a 17% loss of profit they are making their move NOW so they wont get into this bind ever again....

- Lets all be honest here for a change. Every candidate has pulled some type of card out their arses!
McCain played the broken promise card (I will not conduct a negative campaign)
Obama played the race card (I dont look like the guys on the dollar bill)
Hillary played to Im a woman card (Iron my shirt)

- Dummy..... Off shore drilling hasnt started yet, so the "Psychological" effect that McCain was talking about hasnt event been introduced yet. Oh and ummmmm McCain didnt help gas prices go down, you can thank companies like GMC and Honda for the launch of there new line of electric vehicles which will come out at the end of 09. This has put oil companies into a bit of a pinch. They already calculated a HUGE profit lost starting at the end of 09, so they better make their money now huh? So please give credit to where credit is due. Because its definitely not Bush or McCain. Show some respect to the auto makers!

- America has a lot of lefty pitchers in our network news outlets, we wonder why. Each of these liberal news outlets distorted the FACT that Obama DID play the race card yesterday. And it wasn''t the first time Obama has played the race card. In Berlin last week in front of 200,000 hysterical European Socialist elite admirers Obama said .."I know I don''t look like other Americans and presidents that have been here before". Yesterday at several campaign events Obama told his fans that "I know I don''t look like all the other presidents on the dollar bill..". So what was Obama referring to in both situations if he wasn''t talking about race? Did he mean that he wasn''t wearing a wig like the rest of the presidents on our money? Or was he talking about his skin color? OF COURSE Obama played the race card not once but several times and McCain called him on it as he should have. LOOK if network news executives and the anchors of NBC, CBS, and ABC feel like they can''t provide the American people the straight facts then you need to RESIGN. All of you who put your ideology and party before that of being an American and journalist should resign today so that the intent of our Founding Fathers, a free independent press that is free from political parties and influence, can be RESTORED. And who can forget another Obama race moment when describing his mother or grandmother........"oh she''s a typicial white person".

He didnt vote against it he voted against the add ons the dems put in the one that says an elisted person can serve for one year then quit and get his and his wifes college paid for while the men that have served for 10 and 20 years get the same! - Reply to this comment
- LOL!! Off shore drilling.... Hmmmm how long will it take before we see the results from this? Ill give you a hint. We would have gone through 2 presidents by the time it will help any of us with gas prices. But leave it up to the McCain camp to give us a "logical reason" for this. In McCains own words "Off shore drilling will have a (psychological) effect" Basically we will feel like there is something that will happen soon, which in fact we wont see any real results until at least 8 to 10 years later. Psychological huh?...lol Yup sounds like another Bush to me!
