Did I miss something, we had an Afghanistan war for years, and AlQeada was virtually wiped out.....what am I missing ? We were diverted because the job was done, the 9/11 crew was finished, killed.

- In justifying his position in Iraq, McCain said on the Today show yesterday that there is a very dangerous situation on the Iraq-Pakistan border. Someone should have told him the Iraq border is 750 miles from the Pakistan border. Brain farrt, I guess. Or maybe just old age, but it could be that he got lost looking for Czechoslovakia.
