I do not share your views about obama being the answer to our prayers. I wish i could.

I''m not saying BO will be the answer to our prayers. However, at a time when our country has slipped into a near state of fascism and effectively squeezed the lower and middle classes to the point where they are barely registering on the overall scale of US wealth distribution, it is not outlandish to look to someone with more of a bent towards socialistic reforms. This country will NEVER truly revert to communism, but its sad when attempts at universal health care and entitlement programs for the poor are being looked at as being Marxist or communist. Its as if no one really even knows what those terms mean. BO is obviously not some messiah come to save us...I would hope most Americans are more grounded than that. But in light of the current administration, his degree of empathy is a breath of fresh air. I am no communist, but when a select few privileged Americans (upper 1%) think its OK to amass over 90% of the countries combined wealth...all with the approval of a system built by them and for them and under the watchful eye of the most corrupt and evil administration in history, its easy to see why BO and his apparent wish to save those whose backs this country was built on, seems like the logical choice.

In other words, Obama is going to take the troops out of Iraq and put them and more into Afghanistan. Interesting. Americans for Obama think that he is going to bring the troops home. What a fraud!

Obama believes in Reparation payments for slavery?

Barrack Obama%u2019s pastor not only spews anti-American rhetoric from the pulpit but favors shaking down U.S. taxpayers for %u201Creparations%u201D for slavery.

After playing a video question submitted by a South Carolina (SC) citizen, CNN''s Anderson Cooper asked, "Senator Obama, [what is] your position on reparations?" Obama said,

"I think the reparation we need right here in South Carolina is investment, for example in our schools.

Finally, the most telling indication that Obama has a secret addiction to reparations is reflected in those who support him and those whom he supports: the most notorious race-baiter on the Chicago City Council, Alderwoman Dorothy Tillman.

Haven''t heard of Dorothy Tillman? You better learn about Obama''s #1 supporter. And fast. You really should know who she is. Tillman has almost single-handedly made a joke of the City of Chicago in the public finance industry over her preoccupation with slavery and reparations.

Tillman supports Obama and Obama supports Tillman.

Obama has never said he against Reparations for slavery. Never.

There are no benefits for Americans in Afghanistan. Your tax dollars and cumulative borrowed debt to finance these operations only benefit the corporations who purchased the oil& gas rights in the Caspian Sea Basin, for the construction of the Caspian Sea Pipelines........nothing more nothing less.

And the extermination continues:...........

More than a year and half before 911 the CIA Special Activities Division was conducting operations in Afghanistan, trying to topple the Taliban regime for the Caspian Sea Oil & Gas Pipelines...........We now call such activities terror.

February 12, 1998 John J. Maresca vp of UNOCAL oil appeared before a House sub committee. The purpose of the meeting was to gain support for exploitation of oil & natural gas resources, for the rights purchased by BIG OIL in the Caspian Sea area.

In his testimony he stated, "The key question is how the energy resources of Central Asia can be made available to nearby Asian markets ". The exploitation option stated : "One obvious route south would cross Iran, but this is foreclosed by American companies because of U.S. sanctions (with Iran ) . The only other possible route is across Afghanistan, which of course has it''s own unique challenges. " He continued saying, " the pipeline we have proposed across Afghanistan could not begin until a recognized government is in place that has the confidence of governments, lenders (world monitary fund & world bank ) ,and our company "......"

UNOCAL and other American companies are prepared to undertake the job ".

On March 14th, 2007, the Obama Campaign told the LA Times that Obama was not a "practicing Muslim."

But Muslims do not see practice as key. For them, that Obama was born to a line of Muslim males makes him born a Muslim. Further, all children born with an Arabic name based on the H-S-N trilateral root can be assumed to be Muslim, so they will understand Obama''s full name, Barack Hussein Obama, to proclaim him a born Muslim.

Obama''s father was a Muslim. Obama''s grandfather was a Muslim. Obama''s stepfather was a Muslim. Sarah, who Obama calls grandmother is a Muslim. Obama''s stepbrothers and stepsisters are Muslims.

Obama''s sister Maya was quoted by the New York Times as saying, "My whole family was Muslim."

For a time, he was educated and lived as a Muslim.

I like to always think i am outside the box looking in. Your theory could quite possibly be true. Now wouldn''t it be nice to prove it wrong. We used the theory of relativity for electricity, then proved it was wrong, but it does work. Amazing what can happen in life. I am still trying to be an optimist, about most things.

Americans are beginning to notice Obama''s elevated opinion of himself. There''s nothing new about narcissism in politics. Every senator looks in the mirror and sees a president. Nonetheless, has there ever been a presidential nominee with a wider gap between his estimation of himself and the sum total of his lifetime achievements?

Obama is a three-year senator without a single important legislative achievement to his name, a former Illinois state senator who voted "present" nearly 130 times.

As president of the Harvard Law Review, as law professor and as legislator, has he ever produced a single notable piece of scholarship? Written a single memorable article? His most memorable work is a biography of his favorite subject: himself.

Michelle Obama appeared as a panelist alongside Mrs. Khadijah Farrakhan and Mrs. James Meeks, wife of the hateful Rev. Meeks.

For about 30 minutes, Michelle Obama launched into a rant about the evils of America, and how America is to blame for the problems of Africa. Michelle personally blamed President Clinton for the deaths of millions of Africans and said America is responsible for the genocide of the Tutsis and other ethnic groups. She then launched into an attack on "whitey", and talked about solutions to black on black crime in the realm of diverting those actions onto white America. Her rant was fueled by the crowd: they reacted strongly to what she said, so she got more passionate and enraged, and that''s when she completely loses it and says things that have made the mouths drop of everyone who''s seen this.

Michelle Obama seethes with bitterness. While she preaches the gospel according to Barack, she wears resentment and bitterness on her sleeve. It is therefore painful to listen to her. She''s apparently even still angry about her SAT scores. She didn''t test well in school, she explains. Somehow, she has overcome -- she was admitted to Princeton -- No wonder she''s sore.

It''s time for Obama to go -- as Evelyn Pringle''s article title has it, "Curtain Time for Barack Obama."

And it''s time for Hillary Clinton to come back into the picture; this is her time and we are her people, precisely because we do think for ourselves. (As a friend of mine said last night to me in a telephone call, the main difference between Clinton supporters and Obama supporters is that we think for ourselves and we argue with each other. Amicably, usually, but we do argue -- we''re not a bunch of Stepford wives and husbands, or as most of us would put it, O-bots.)

We need Hillary R. Clinton; we need her desperately. She must come back into this race for the good of the United States of America. Otherwise, we are doomed.

Face it, these people are incapable of connecting the dots, if they were they would not be right wing authoritarian followers that need to be told who to fear and who to hate. You are asking way too much of these simple sheep.

Right Wing Authoritarian Followers and How They Threaten America

John Dean recently had an epiphany when he found the data from years of academic studies into the conservative mind. There is a psychological profile of right wing conservatives that centers on the need for a strong authoritarian figure to tell them what to do. Dean explores this in his new book, "Conservatives Without Conscience". He examines the role of fear-mongering as a conservative force to unite the People and retain power, a thesis that was already widely known. But it is the look at the conservative minds as they relate to authority that is new here. I''''ve often wondered why Bush followers don''''t see what he has done and abandon him. Apparently, there is a deep psychological need for authority that overwhelms individual thought. All this time I''''ve wondered why so it is quite a relief to have an explanation that makes sense.

Liberals and progressives are essentially anti-authority while conservatives are willing followers of the authoritarian personality. Fascinating stuff.

Dean doesn''t believe we are at a state of fascism yet but he says, "we''re so close to it." These authoritarian followers "stay loyal way too long." The current group - Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Bush - have taken this authoritarianism "way past where anyone''s ever taken it in the United States." He included an anecdote about Gordon Liddy who told him he knew too much about President Nixon and asked what street corner the White House wanted him to go to and be shot. As Dean says. "That''s a loyal right wing authoritarian follower in action at the extreme."
