With all the money we give to support the black agenda, I guess Obama finally wants his.

Who in their right mind would want to be President of this country if they couldn''''t cash in somehow either in office or after?

Phil Gramm is a good example of an AGGIE. You can spot them by their class rings when they''re pickin their nose and then lickin their fingers afterwards.

"I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. . . . corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed."
-- U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, Nov. 21, 1864
(letter to Col. William F. Elkins)

I know this has been posted before, but I just wanted to know if this is whining or not.

hungry1968 -

Yes, as a matter of fact I do take it personally -

Because I have worked for a living since I was 18 and I have never received welfare or foods stamps, I have paid my taxes, I have stayed out of jail, I have paid off my mortgage, and a whole lot of other things that might make me look like a Republican while I have voted as a Democrat since 1972.
I will go to my grave hating everything about conservatives and Republicans because they are not human beings.

We''''ve all been hurt but I was hurt much worse when Jimmy Carter was president.

Posted by Barocalto

Barocalto, do you realize that more jobs were created under Jimmy Carter per year than any other post WW2 president? Do you realize that if the unemployment index were computed today as it was under Carter that we would be approaching 14% unemployment? Carter had stagflation to contend with brought on largely by the cost of the Vietnam war and the Arab oil embargo. The same dynamics are in play with the Iraq debacle and the rising cost of energy. Whether Obama or McCain gets elected, tough times and tough choices are indeed ahead.

Obama is going to lose the general election. Right now he has a 5% lead over McCain which is nothing. Obama should be up by 18% what with the hate for Bush and all but he is not and that is key. People know who McCain is heck he''''s been around since Washington but they are just starting to learn who Obama is and his poll numbers are dropping. No McCain will win in November, Obama will not do very well.

Posted by Barocalto at 10:28 AM : Jul 11, 2008

With the people like me, who hates Dumbya , OBAMA will have NO PROBLEM with McCain in November. McCain represents the same ol KRAP we''d had for the past 8 years. 80% of Americans say we are on the WRONG COURSE. They want change. McCain = same ol same ol, OBAMA= CHANGE FOR THE BETTER.

Conveniently placed in one of those stories we can''t / aren''t allowed to post on:

George Bush surprised world leaders with a joke about his poor record on the environment as he left the G8 summit in Japan.

The American leader, who has been condemned throughout his presidency for failing to tackle climate change, ended a private meeting with the words: "Goodbye from the world''s biggest polluter."

He then punched the air while grinning widely, as the rest of those present including Gordon Brown and Nicolas Sarkozy looked on in shock.

Mr Bush, whose second and final term as President ends at the end of the year, then left the meeting at the Windsor Hotel in Hokkaido where the leaders of the world''s richest nations had been discussing new targets to cut carbon emissions.

THE epitome of the republican party!!

Gramm called Americans whiners, NOT Democrats. Yet, the only ones getting mad and taking it personal on these forums are the Democrats.

Posted by jerr111 at 10:28 AM : Jul 11, 2008

Because when someone ****** on the American people, the democrats DO take it personally.

If the republicans ACTUALLY cared about America, they would take it personally too.

Apparently, you like seeing America and it''s citizens ****** on, AND you think it''s funny.

What does that say about you?

Speaking for myself, if I''''''''m in a room of 50 and someone walks in the door and yells "Hey idiot!", I''''''''m not the one who turns around to look.Posted by jerr111

But you do turn around if someone yells, "Hey Bush Supporter" - which makes you much worse that an idiot.

It''s going to be a really ugly day when enough people get fed up with their Social Security being plundered.

I''ve been working for 36 years, I have 12 more years to go before I can (hope to) retire at 66 years of age.

I have two retirement accounts, but that won''t make me feel any better for the fact that I have paid into Social Security all these years and they probably won''t give me a penny of it.

Then these out of touch, hallucinating, constipated, self-righteous, conservative S*O*B*s want to tell me I am whining.

I can only hope they''ll get exactly what they deserve, like a stroke that leaves them speechless and drooling in a sh*t-hole nursing home, covered in bedsores with maggots.
