- correction;When some one dies ,...more reason for you to become a better person and a better american....ultimately this is a human reality that we all die sooner or later.....if you die with clear conscience and with good conducts through out your life time ...you will be fine nothing to worry about dying...says joe black....stop your adventures arround the world in killing innocent fellow human beings and use this eneryg and time to help the weak humans arround the world...good example will set a wave of follower and mankind will find it self living in better environment....do not try to lose your christain values for the sake of zionist doctrines to dominate the world...it will lead to your owen destrution,nature always find an equaliberium over time so do not be fooled and stand for peace and harmony...its a good habbit.

- I disagreed with most of his policies. As a lifelong Democrat I never voted for him. But I did admire one thing about the man, He stood for what he believed. I wish that all politicians had that type of personal integrity. If my fellow Dems were that firm in their beliefs, 9/11/2001 would never have happened, the piece of junk we have now would never have gotten into the Whitehhouse and America would still be respected around the world.

- Former NC GOP Rep. Bill Cobey said of Jesse Helms, what an irony that he passed away on July 4th the same day John Adams and Thomas Jefferson also passed away. He goes on to say "he is certainly a patriot in the mold of these great men". Give me a break! Sen. Helms was no John Adams or Thomas Jefferson. For one thing they were not self professed bigots. In building our Nation they at least most of time were able to agree and/or compromise. The Senator during his tenure in Congress had a record that is anything but compromising.
After watching the 7 part HBO mini series John Adams, it is insulting for anyone to think that Jesse Helms should be elevated to the level of any of the founders of our Nation. - Reply to this comment
