I''''m not too certain that even Kennedey can be trusted on it, but if just one of the four liberals is replaced by a hard right justice, it will happen. The only hope for us is a 60 member democratic majority in the senate to vote down any nominations like Roberts and Alito. McCain has promised that he will nominate justices in their image.

Rowdy, actually we''re just one more staunch conservative away from overturning Roe vs Wade. I''m not too certain that even Kennedey can be trusted on it, but if just one of the four liberals is replaced by a hard right justice, it will happen. The only hope for us is a 60 member democratic majority in the senate to vote down any nominations like Roberts and Alito.
