More statements from McCain''s pre-flip-flop days:

%u201CI am concerned that repeal of the estate tax would provide massive benefits solely to the wealthiest and highest-income taxpayers in the country. A Treasury Department study found that almost no estate tax has been paid by lower- and middle-income taxpayers. But taxes have been paid on the estates of people who were in the highest 20% of the income distribution at the time of their death. It found that 91% of all estate taxes are paid by the estates of people whose annual income exceeded $190,000 around the time of their death. %u2026

%u201CWe have no idea what our financial or economic situation will be ten years from now. %u2026 We may want to have the flexibility to provide significant tax relief for lower- and middle-income taxpayers. Other unforeseen issues may arise. The point is that we must think beyond the horizon. Making the repeal of the estate tax permanent fails to take these new circumstances into account.

%u201CWe will need resources to deal with %u2026 responsible tax reform that benefit lower- and middle-income taxpayers.%u201D

%u2014Senate floor statement opposing HR 8, a bill to permanently eliminate the death tax, June 11, 2002.

Yeah, that same Rev. Wright, who preached 20 years, and whose 20 years of sermons were gone over with a fine toothed comb by the media to find horrible things, and they came up with 2 minutes worth of sound bites. Whose church does great things in the community working with HIV patients, and running day care, and having food kitchens & pantries, etc., but the congregation''s good works have all been ignored because he said some stupid things.
But if you disagree that cruise ships waste incredible amounts of food each trip, or use obscene amounts of fuel each trip, while their travelers tsk tsk about the horrible living conditions in the cities they visit on little day excursions, then you''re blind and stupid.

I googled it, Joe Cool Squat, and it''''s Obama quoting Rev. Wright in his book. Where Wright is talking about cruise ships discarding more food that Haitians see in a year.

=======================

Ya mean that same Rev. Wright who was head of that black seperatist church in Chicago that OsamaObama was a proud member of for the past 20 years??

Ya mean OsamaObama actually included such words from a Rev. Wright sermon in his book?? Even before he told us he never hears Rev. Wright saying any of this kinda stuff??

Wake up America....OsamaObama is nothing more than a radical black seperatist temporarily wearing a Klan robe until he gets elected.
