PS I''ve just seen snippets of The View, but like did Michelle use the word ''racism'' at one point? She should NEVER use that word or even THINK that about people IF the goal is to be less controversial because it makes people feel blamed and judged. Also, did she say anything positive about Hillary? I don''t think she did - didn''t she say that Barack had the right not to pick her? Oooh - polarizing. Clarification of her patriotism comment - that was good, but maybe it''s better to just SHOW people your patriotism by making ''that''s why I LOVE this country'' her mantra everytime something good happens (?)

If that''s just not her style, then no biggie - we can handle Sean Hannity''s attacks!

Go Michelle! :)

---"That''s the difference between Mrs. Bush, a real lady and Cindy McCain, the drug-snorting spoiled heiress, a grown-up version of Paris Hilton and gang"---

HA HA HA HA HA LOL I was just thinking the same the other day about Cindy McCain being just like Paris Hilton when she made that statement that she wasn''t going to do any work as first lady. Her approval ratings are way lower than Michelle Obama''s.

I caught the tail-end of Campbell Brown on CNN and all the die-hard Hillary supporters are now saying that Michelle Obama is the victim of ''sexism'' . . . I personally don''t see it, but if it helps bring Hillary supporters into the fold, then it sounds like all the picking on her behavior by Sean Hannity et al might backfire.

I think Michelle''s blue-collar roots are a major plus for the campaign, but if she was wanting to not ruffle peoples'' feathers I think she needs to not ever go to that place where she''s judging people (?) Would she have ever said those nice things about Laura Bush if Laura Bush hadn''t said those nice things about her first? Like IF she wants to be less polarizing, then maybe she needs to be more positive, grateful, appreciative, understanding, and not blaming and judgmental?

So long as people feel respected and understood, I find you can pretty much say anything about any SUBJECT. You send out vibes that you think people are bad, and they''re not going to show any mercy (?)

Laura Bush; classy and refuse to get into gutter politics. Cindy McCain; drug addict, stealing from the foundation to help children, trying to copy someone else''s recipe as her own. What does she know of real life, living with her inheritance of millions? She will never be able to know how, nor feel what we ordinary folks live, regardless of how she will claim that she empathize with us. See her in her true light now: trying to spew poison about how much she "loves the country". Do we ever need such a personality as "first" lady? She is already showing how classless she is, and know that even her millions cannot buy her the WH.

to whitemale08, people look for things that validate and confirm their misconceptions because they want something that reinforces their own idea of "truth" and don''t realize it''s more about their fears than it is about anything else.

Now back to the subject at hand. Laura Bush & Michelle Obama are both women of class. The contrast to their detractors on the left and the right is quite telling. You don''''t have to be fans of their husbands to see that.

You''re right, one is low class you can tell by her statements.

edfranco,

God says you aren''t a true Christian because you profess hate in his name.

The only poll that McCain leads in is the Edfrancodemslie poll. It has a margin of error of 100%.

Now back to the subject at hand. Laura Bush & Michelle Obama are both women of class. The contrast to their detractors on the left and the right is quite telling. You don''t have to be fans of their husbands to see that.

SgtRDS-E4, Laura Bush is an intelligent, well-educated woman who obviously has more brains than you.

Why do Republicans look to Sean Hannity as their "Dear Leader" when every this man says about Mrs. Obama is totally false.

Sean Hannity is the same guy that tells Republicans that they are prosperous when they can''t afford a tank of gas.

Sean Hannity is the same guy that says the surge was a success when just yesterday 50 people got blown up and no end in sight for the troops.

Sean Hannity is the same guy that defends the way Bush handled Katrina.

Sean Hannity is the same guy that says we found WMD in Iraq along with Santorum.

Sean Hannity is the same guy that has radical associations with convicted criminals like Oliver North.

...And yet Republicans believe what Sean Hannity says about Michelle Obama?

I don''t get it.

John McCain is polling ahead of O''''Bama because the American people are tired of the Endless hate rage and anger of Democrats. How in the world is O''''Bama supposed to Bring the country together when Democrats anounce their hate for everything everyday. Democrats hate Bush, hate republicans, hate the military, hate capitalism, hate rich people, hate christianity, hate herterosexualls and hate family values. And now comes O''''Bama who hates white people and the American Flag. The Democrats hate and anger are sure endearing themselves with the American Voter.

Demslie--YOU LIE! Obama is polling AHEAD of McCain (see links below).

As far as the rest of your nonsense, I may hate what Bush has done to my country because I LOVE America, but the rest of what you say is utter cr@p, including your aspersions on Obama. As far as ''hate'' goes, maybe you should take a look in the mirror.
