I can honestly say all I know of Ron Paul is just bits and pieces and surmise he is as far right as Obama is far left (further left than Hillary...whoa!). However, the major hold up in getting on board with him is the crazy azz followers who pick up and run with his praises. These people are sickos. The man could be one smart cookie with all the traditional values of Republicans of not-so-long-ago...but these whack jobs are repulsive to the normal-minded who get a glimpse of having him in the White House!!! And they have to know this so I have to question their intelligence in being in such a lather over someone that they repel any one who falls within the sane range of thinking. Poor guy...he''s a nut magnet....and as a result, he''s a liability. He needs to find a way to shake the crazies before actual sane people get on board with him.

Ron Paul is to the Republicans what Ralph Nader is to the Dimnowits. Neither will get a majority and both will only hurt the country further. What dolts.

Of all the RepubliCONS running, Paul represented traditional republican values, none of the others were even close!

Had he been elected in 2000, we would have never been engaged in two wars, or have an economy that''s sinking like the Titanic, or lost our reputation as a beacon of freedom and justice amongst the world''s nations!

It''ll be up to ''true'' Republicans to take the party back from Bush''s extremist rightwing neocons or watch it ''go down in flames'' as well.

McCain won''t restore traditional Rep values, he''s a Washington insider. He''s surrounded by lobbyists and businessmen and he''ll continue Bush''s policies of selling out America until there''s nothing left to sell out.

Wait ''n see, if you dare!

I might give you some credibility but like a typical republicon neo con you go for the jugular with your socialist cra*p. How about the extremism of capitalism? Maybe a little Zen Buddhism would do you and this nation some good. The extremes of capitalism and socialism are both legitimate perspectives that if used collaboratively could create the wise mind. Until then, any wise people who may reside in the United States have every human right to protect themselves from extremist crack pot cult members.

socialist liar only a marxist collectivist would speak of the good Dr. like -------

now that has a creepy tone to it. Sort of a cult follower with dazed eyes. That''s the part of the Dr. Scarecrow crowd that is repulsive to many and sends up flaming red alerts. The good doctor? Now that''s just saccharine sweet.

Neo Con republicons know one thing, power and money. They are the anti-christ on this issue, the anti-thesis of the message of Jesus yet many of them claim to love Jesus, at least those in the business of religion like pastor Hagee. Their mortality will be their worst nightmare when they will be faced with justice. Whited sepulchers, wolves dressed in lambs wool, hypocrites, the summation of the right wing neo con republicon conservative with everyone but themselves.

Ron Paul is not in any way shape or form even in the same class of species as the stausian trotskiites!
All his views directly reflect the constitution not trickle down economics get your facts straight you socialist liar only a marxist collectivist would speak of the good Dr. like that!My suggestion to you is pick up something instead of a magazine!A great peice of information would be the Constitution w/bill of rights to start with then read about lassie-fair economics!Begging hands will only beg for more!

This is the man that should lead the usa. He has always fought for the the little guy. No one can touch him on economics and law. This is what america needs a president that stays out of your life and home.
Now if the readers would read about Dr Paul and listen to his message then you will begin to understand that things are not good in america

So Dr. Scarecrow stays out of your life, doesn''t do his job representing the people of the United States and large corporations become the government. Some people are far too idealistic to the point of being unrealistic. Human beings form governments period. There is no such thing as no government. Once that is accepted for the reality it is then the next decision is who leads? Will it be a "public" government representing the broadest constituency or a "private" government representing the wealthy and powerful? Old world oligarchies drew upon the peasants to perpetuate private lives of excess. Go to St. Petersburg, Russia for one and all European countries and the history of what big "privatized" government creates for a few is impossible to miss.

Old european oligarchies are not what the United States was founded upon.

It''s amazing the youth that found Dr. Scarecrow appealing. His ideological libertarianism are some of the building blocks the neo cons used to argue in part for "privatization" which means, as time goes by, fewer and fewer will participate in the direction of society as wealth aggregates into a smaller number. Old european oligarchies were big privatized governments that served the special interests of a very small minority of elite. It was the time of trickle down economics. The masses wrote fairy tales about the elite who were hidden in their castles. Sort of the lack of transparency on the rise in this nation as politicians work for a small constituency of corporate elite.

Glad to hear that Ron Paul is still in there stirring things up.

His economic message was RIGHT ON TARGET when BOTH the Main-Stream Media parties were still trying smoke and mirror popularity contests rather than SOUND Leadership and Common Sense.

Keep pushing for those ECONOMIC and CONSTITUTIONAL objectives even after this next middle school level "popularity contest" is over.

The nation will NEED help to climb back up after this ride over the cliff.

too bad so many people just dont get it ron. but a lot of people did too! would have loved to have seen a clearinghouse of useless and detrimental federal programs along with all the self important self imposing government welfare recipients (they call themselves employees) kicked to the curb and be replaced by nothing.

instead we will get more govermnent and more debt- obama or mccain. soon enough we will all be employed by the government, and well be just like old school socialized communists, enjoy.

the only man truly fighting for individual freedoms, rights and liberties. without those elements we are nothing.

getting my write in vote.
