New York Senator Says She'll Consult With Party Leaders And Supporters Before Making A Decision
- Of course, if she can''t get elected president she will get there some other way. If I were Obama, I would watch my back.

- Now, now...no need to get upset. No way Obama can win without Hillary on the ticket. Suck it up and be brave. :)

You probably haven''t heard, but at last check, the majority were hoping to see them on the same ticket. - Reply to this comment
- I believe that this was the strategy all along. This way, McCain was left out of the spotlight entirely and the mass political support accrued by both Clinton and Obama is utterly immense. McCain doesn''t have a snowballs chance in hel*. He''s defeated before the contest has even begun. DESTROY the corrupt Republican Party once and for all.

- Exactly as envisioned!! We knew all along that she would force Obama to declare her as the VP. Listen carefully to her words through her spokesperson - "she is committed to fulfilling her promises to her more than 17 million voters!" Never in the history of american politics has such blackmail been so blatant. In other words, if she does not get on the ticket, her supporters will ensure that Obama cannot win, therefore opening the path to 2012. After all that had been said, how would this ticket be ever able to work together, ESPECIALLY with Bill?? He has recently be exposed for what he truly is, and you expect him to keep his mouth shut and his pants zipped?? Give me a break! This would be a disastrous ticket and ought not to be considered. There are no boundaries to what the Clintons would do to ensure that they get a toe in the WH door, hope the party elders are able to see what is happening and think of a "cease and desist" plan before the party self destructs.

- Sorry Hillary. Being VP on an Obama ticket won''t cut it. I will not vote for you because that would mean that you have the same beliefs as Obama. Belonging to a Racist Church for 20 years is reason enough to say NEVER TO OBAMA. Yes, I will vote for McCain in November and kick you to the curb.

- All of you people with your quips about Hillary or Obama make me laugh. This is politics, plain and simple. One minute they''re downing each other and the next their great friends. Of course she was holding out as long as she did because it brings great influence for being next in line. This is nothing new. Why do you act like it is?

- The advisers said Clinton has made a strategic decision to not formally end her campaign, giving her leverage to negotiate with Obama on various matters including a possible vice presidential nomination for her. She also wants to press him on issues he should focus on in the fall, such as health care.
YOU MEAN THE HEALTH CARE PROJECT SHE FAILED AT FOR 8 YEARS? YOU MEANT THE SOCIALAIZED HEALTH CARE THAT DOES NOT WORK? YOU MEAN SHE IS JUST SO DESPERATE SHE WILL LIE, CHEAT, & STEAL HER WAY TO A PLACE SHE DOES NOT -IN ANY WAY- DESERVE. IN A WORD: PATHETIC. - Reply to this comment
