Obama Resigns 20-Year Church Membership

Can you blame Sen. Obama? All this Church drama will result in many reexamining their Pastors!

Obama just dumped his church because it is politically expedient. If he really objected to what is going on there, he would have quit a long time ago. If he does not have any moral objections to what goes on in his church, he should have shown some moral courage and stuck with his church. He is just a politician who will say anything to get elected.

Obama is to inexperienced to be President. He has not exercised the leadership skills needed to make the Senate productive. He has not been able to lead his fellow Senators to pass any legislation that has made any real difference to the economy, dependence on foreign oil, education, healthcare, global warming, or anything else important. If he has not been a great leader in the Senate, why should we expect him to be a great leader in the White House? I agree with his positions on many of the issues, but his goals are to general. He does not have specific plans to reach his goals.

In case any of you are taking this as an endorsement of McCain, think again. McCain has not been able to make the Senate productive either. He admits he does not know much about the economy. He bungles the basic facts on foriegn policy/Iraq--his supposed area of expertise. He has done such a poor job choosing his campaign staff that many of them have had to resign; how can we expect him to do a good job filling posts in a Presidential administration?

Are Obama and McCain the best we can do?

What kind of church requires written documentation for you to resign from it?

Everywhere I%u2019ve ever attended was come if you want, or not. They didn%u2019t keep logs and databases on membership, saying who is or isn%u2019t a member.

Sounds like Stalinism at it%u2019s best, promoting the Democrat Party dream.
