tbweb,

I agree. It''''s good that the Israeli Gov''''t isn''''t copying Bush''''s foreign policy. Look at what that has done to us. Three billion a week to strengthen Iran and Al-Qaeda while our troops keep dying in Iraq.

My main problem with Iraq is that U.S. Tax Payers are paying for it. However Iraq just ordered $3 Billion worth of U.S. weapons so maybe Iraq got the message, now if Iraq will foot the Bill for the War and reimburse some of our expenses it will quiet a lot of critics, our Treasury can use the money none too soon!

Well, if a Hagee-Wright discussion became a fight, I know who I''d be betting on, and it wouldn''t be Hagee!

Obviously, to offset his being as old as dirt and completely out of touch with anyone under age 65 and his total lack of timing, McCain has only one possible choice for his running "mate." Yes, the new Republican American Idol, David Cook.

So Cons. Will Bush condemn Israel for negotiating with Syria, a supporter of terrorism?

Posted by Smirk5 at 05:26 AM : May 22, 2008,,,

All Israel is thinking about now is stopping Irans nuclear weapons program and isolating Iran if Israel needs to attack Irans nuclear assets all by itself. Keeping Syria on the sidelines is a smart move if Israel can pull it off.

So Cons. Will Bush condemn Israel for negotiating with Syria, a supporter of terrorism? While in Israel, he implied that Obama''s policy was essentially "appeasement" for wanting to sit down with Iran, a supporter of terrorism. He compared that with Chamberlain''s appeasement of the Nazis. Now, Israel is doing the very thing that Bush said was tantamount to appeasement of the Nazis. Will Bush have the courage to call out Israel? Will he have the courage to admit that he was wrong in his view of appeasement? Will the corporate media give him another pass to add to the giant pile of passes? Will Cons forget this faster than McCain can change his depends?

If the media is so much in the tank for Obama, why not the scrutiny of Hagee to match the overkill on Wright?

Wright hate the ruling government. Hagee hates everyone of a different religion apparently. McCain refused to condemn Hagee''s comments for months while Obama immediately condemned the remarks if not the man.

stn_sage,
The difference is that Wright is a former Marine. He''s not some giant doughboy chickenhawk like Hagee. Wright would destroy that plump sow of a man. Hagee is just another crazy old white *** Republican chickenhawk that somehow missed Vietnam with the added twist of crazy fundamentalist thrown in.

My response: YIKES! Hagee makes Wright look normal!
Put them in the same room and let them convert one another! It would go from religious discussion to a
fist fight pretty quickly, I''d bet!

Will John McCain tell American Jews why he actively sought Hagee''s endorsement? Will John McCain act like he didn''t know? Will this just be another thing in a long list of things that John McCain doesn''t know? I think we''re a few changes of depends from finding out from John.

Is the public supposed to be "excited" that one of these guys are going to be chosen VEEP?!

Well, I''M NOT! It looks like a pretty boring dinner party to me!

I still think McSAME should ask Hillary Clinton on as his VEEP! She''s a republicON. She has no respect for order, rules, truth---she ''makes it up'' as she goes along; and if one innane strategy doesn''t work, she employs the next one! For example, now she likens the Fl & MI vote to ZIMBABWE!

And finally, her final qualification makes her fit ''right in''! She''s become fairly delusional regarding reality! So, see?! She''d fit ''right in'' with McSame and the GOP! And last I heard, her supporters have sworn to vote for McSame if she doesn''t get the nomination! So she''s perfect!

For over a year, McCain actively sought the endorsement of John Hagee, a man who said God created Hitler as part of his plan to get the Jews to move back to Israel. McCain has yet to renounce and reject this crazed fundamentalist. Is this more of McCain''s good judgment gained from all those years of experience?

Sen. McCain should select Gov. Mitt Romney because Romney offers the best chance for Republicans to steal Michigan from Democrats which may not be all that difficult since 1) Michigan loves Romney and 2) Democrats didn''t count Michigan votes or seat all their Delegates (yet!), the old one two punch! It''s going to be a close race and Sen. McCain is poised to win it if he plays his cards smart!

This is what the Republican Candidate for President supports!

John Hagee, the controversial evangelical leader and endorser of Sen. John McCain, argued in a late 1990s sermon that the Nazis had operated on God%u2019s behalf to chase the Jews from Europe and shepherd them to Palestine. According to the Reverend, Adolph Hitler was a %u201Chunter,%u201D sent by God, who was tasked with expediting God%u2019s will of having the Jews re-establish a state of Israel.

Going in and out of biblical verse, Hagee preached: %u201C%u2018And they the hunters should hunt them,%u2019 that will be the Jews. %u2018From every mountain and from every hill and from out of the holes of the rocks.%u2019 If that doesn%u2019t describe what Hitler did in the holocaust you can%u2019t see that.%u201D

How about they just condemn themselves as a$$holes and ********** and leave it at that. I know the history books won''''t give them much more credit than that so might as well get used to the moniker now.

Posted by taddles at 01:58 AM : May 22, 2008

You know the sad part is that the Bush Library has already planned to hire 50 people whose only job will be to "review" history as it is written about him and to "correct" it as they see fit. the Bush Library won''t be a library at all. It''ll be a "Ministry of Truth" right out of George Orwell''s 1984.

Bobby Jindal? You must be joking. Sounds more like McCain trying to throw a bone to the non-white crowd.

Well of course McCain would want him there. I mean as long as he didn''t stay in the "main" house. You know, with the human beings. I''m sure they found him a nice bunk (along with a bed wench) in the slaves quarters along with the other darkies.

McBush''s claim to heroic fame is the result of a failed mission.
He''s a hero because he survived. He''s just as much of a hero as an innocent Guantanamo enemy combatant.
