Bob Corker Calls On State Party To Stop Playing Online Video Targeting Michelle Obama

- Michelle Obama''s statement that she has never been proud of the USA until now is very telling, and is fair game. It would be one thing if Obama only had one wacko friend, but he has a BUNCH. Ayers, Wright, Michelle... the list goes on and on. If the GOP had any balls, they would be airing more ads like this one.

- Why in the **** is the GOP refusing to fight in this election? They, especially that wimp McCain, are afraid of attacking Obama, but that''s exactly what they''re supposed to be doing. And for one reason only - he''s black. People, especially Republicans, are afraid to attack a black candidate because they might be labeled as "racist". That''s why Rush Limbaugh is forcing Bill and Hillary to do it. When Hillary drops out, there will be nobody left to battle Obama. Obama will win in 2008 because the GOP is too chicken ***** to fight.
And if Obama does win, he will have supreme control because nobody will challenge him - again, because he is black and nobody wants to be called a racist.
The GOP needs to grow some balls and fight. - Reply to this comment
- Obama''s efforts to have the media and his political opposition turn away from his wife''s remarks certainly finds greater motivation in his need for people not to realize that she is an arrogant, anti-American racist than it does in chivalry.
The more we listen to her, the more we think of Jeremy Wright and wonder how Obama could have spent 20 years with the man, called him his intellectual mentor and yet not have picked up on, let alone agreed with, some of the most vile hatred masquerading as theology that you are likely to find in America today.
Michelle Obama is a window to all of that, so "chivalry" requires that we ignore her (except of course if you are a mesmerized Obamiac, in which case listen and send in more donations). - Reply to this comment
- McCain Confronted With New Iran Gaffe, Gets Facts Wrong Again
Yesterday, Time''s Joe Klein noted that he could find no evidence that Sen. Barack Obama had ever specifically said he would negotiate with Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad:
On Friday, I promised to check into whether Obama had ever said that he would negotiate--specifically, by name -- with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Indeed, according to the crack Time Magazine research department and the Obama campaign, he never has. He did say that he would negotiate with the Iranian leadership -- but, on matters of foreign policy and Iran''s nuclear program, the guy in charge is the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. As of today, John McCain was still accusing Obama of wanting to negotiate with Ahmadinejad. Why doesn''t the McCain campaign and other assorted Republicans ever accuse Obama of wanting to negotiate with Khamenei? Well, because Khamenei isn''t quite the flagrant anti-Semite Ahmadinejad is. - Reply to this comment

- McCain%u2019s Latest Foriegn Policy Gaffe: Does Not Know Who Runs Iran
by sidfalco
Even a casual consumer of news should know that Iran is a theocracy that is ruled, not by elected officials like Pres. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, but by an unelected council of mullahs, headed by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. John McCain, a purported expert on foreign policy, did not know this.
Based on this story from Joe Klein, either John McCain is lying to give political cover to his attacks on Barack Obama %u2014 or he is as ignorant about our adversaries as the current president:
KLEIN: I%u2019ve done some research, and um -
MCCAIN: I have too.
KLEIN: Also checked, also checked with the Obama campaign and he never, he%u2019s never sai %u2014 mentioned Ahmadinejad directly by name. He did say he would negotiate with the leaders, but as you know - Ayatollah,
MCCAIN: (Laughing) Ahmadinejad is, was the leader.
KLEIN: But if -
MCCAIN: Maybe I%u2019m mistaken. - Reply to this comment
- It kind of goes like this. If the Republicans continue to attack Michelle Obama then Cindy McCain becomes fair game for the same. An affair that led to a divorce is a moral values issue which McCain says that he claims the high ground on.

- It is only fair game that Obama''''s wife gets questionable coverage as well.-- mnmaid
Then is it equally fair to ask Cindy McCain about her adulterous affair with John McCain, one that ultimately led to his divorce from Carol? Should that be the subject of a smear commercial too?
I''m sure the "family values" voters will find that "fair game", don''t you? - Reply to this comment
