Victory in Iraq would just ruin your day wouldn''''t it.

Not my day. The day of those who want it sustained, not won. The very same who started it. Look behind the smoke screen ...

"Americans relize that the stability in Iraq will mean a safer world.

Please refer to the polls showing that.
----------------------------------------

A USA TODAY/Gallup Poll found that four in 10 Americans are relatively unified in supporting the Iraq invasion and opposing timetables for withdrawing U.S. troops. Among the six in 10 who oppose the war, however, there are significant differences about what to do now. Here''s a look at how public opinion divides:

17% want out of Iraq Now
40% We will win
20% Invasion Wrong - But must stay
10% Makes no diffrence
12% Pessimistic

A pity there isn''''t a banner big enough to print these predictions on. "Mission accomplished" was shorter.

Victory in Iraq would just ruin your day wouldn''t it. LIBS political fortunes rest with their hope of U.S. military failure. That pretty much says it all. Who''s side are you on. Certainly not a strong America.

What the nutsys on the right wing don''''''''t seem to realize is that when you call terrorists "Jihadists", you are giving them a compliment. Look it up.

Contrary to what the left is having you beleive. We have made great progress in Iraq. There has not been one terror attack on america since 911. Americans relize that the stability in Iraq will mean a safer world. If we cut and run like Obama wants to, then we will be going back in the next 5 to 10 years, Gaurantee it. Lets get behind the party that wants to win. Not the Party of Defeat. Vote Mccain 08 he has the experience.

Posted by obama8years at 08:36 AM : May 16, 2008

What progress? We still have 50 of our soldiers dying each month in Iraq. If it were 10 it would still be too many for this misbegotten war.

Using words like cut and run does not help your case when the alternative is to stay and die fighting for an Iraqi people who want us out of their country yesterday. Cut our losses and withdraw is the only sensible course. I know that if you have voted for Bush in the past or intend to vote for McCain today, you have only a nodding relationship with sense.

Mccain offers no rationale for any of the accomplishments that he foresees. Just his empty words intended to make us feel that we can back this man who has said he is ok with a US military presence in Iraq for 100 hundred years. We need to start withdrawing our troops now.

Every 12 years seems to be the Bush way.

"Vote Mccain 08 he has the experience."

Which experience are you referring to ? experience as a pilot ? as a POW ? in commercial real estate (Keating 5) or as a flip-flopper ?

OBAMA SAYS 57 STATES, there are 57 ISLAMIC STATES!!

We''re participating here in a tweak of the media. Obama said he''s going to campaign in 57 states, and it turns out that there are 57 Islamic states. There are 57 Islamic states. "Every year from 1999 to 2005, the organization of the Islamic conference representing the 57 Islamic states," this is from the International Humanist and Ethical Union.

Dont be Fooled Obama is only giving the Jews Lip Service. Once in the White House he will make plans to side with the enemy.

However, without losing a beat, an article has appeared on the ISM affiliated website Electronic Intifada (EI) by one of its co-founders, Ali Abunimah, in which Abumimah recounts his close past working relationship with Obama prior to the presidential campaign and how Abunimah believes Obama is merely giving lip service to the Jewish community to get elected, and that once in office he will work for the Palestinian cause. Abunimah lists himself and is mentioned in subsequent Obama articles in the mainstream press merely as a %u201CPalestinian activist.%u201D Abunimah insists that Obama will %u201Ccome around%u201D once elected.

But Ali Abunimah is more than just some %u201CPalestinian activist%u201D based in Chicago, the same location as Reverend Wright and the Trinity United Church of Christ. He is, in fact, one of the founders of the fiercely anti-Semitic ISM Arab group Al Awda, the Palestine Right of Return Coalition. Abunimah is a high level international leader of the ISM for the Arabs who travels extensively between Chicago, Europe and Ramallah.

Sometimes instead of being a coward and stepping down to evil-a real hero stands up and fights for what is right. Sometimes you can''''t think of the ''''money'''' or the ''lives'' if it benefits the greater good. There is no such thing as "perfect world" and no President will create that even if they promise you that- that is a falsehood. War has been evident for centuries- always will be- acceptance of this will make one see what needs to done- not what you can hide from. If you hide you die. If you fight -you might die- for the lives of others- that is a hero. Which do you prefer? I prefer to look at ahead to 2013.

You would think from most of the comments on this board , that these were people from IRAN and the Middle East. Wanting the US to Fail and to divide the country instead of Unite the Country. Yep Sounds Like Obama Supporters to me. Obama must have the college kids working overtime.

Like Obama and his Supporters, want to lose and be defeated. No Wonder HAMAS is supporting Obama.

So McCain wants to ''cut and run'' like those cowardly traitor liberal Democrats?

I thought the mission was to remove Saddam and find the WMDs.

Funny how the right wing nutjobs keep talking about "victory in Iraq" without defining what that is in any way.

Is it really the job of the U.S. government, funded by American taxpayers, to force religious fanatics thousands of miles away to get along?

Its the oil, stupid.
