1. The state is 96 % White.
2. Only Florida has a Higher Percentage of Seniors.

This means authorities can search an individual`s Home (Without a Warrant and Without Informing them of the Subject of the Search).
In addition to obtaining Personal Information and Property, (1,147 people have been Detained) since the USA Patriot Act was passed. More disturbingly is the fact that (FEW) have been proven to have TIES to TERRORISM.
