The women know how they should vote because they do not want McCain''s court to determine womens'' rights. The "older" women, who have no stakes in their future do not care. Why would an influential group like this endorse the best person unless they know what is right for them and what is right for the country. WE should all look out for the future of our wives, daughters and grand-daughters. That leaves us with a politician who is breaking a promise because there is money in it. Isn''t that what a typical politician would do?

However, in cases of sexual assault, his Illinois Senate Bill (# 0943) ignores the privacy and choice concerns of the victim.

This bill states that in a sexual assault case, a hospital is required to conduct appropriate medical examinations and laboratory tests, whether the victim wants them or not. This bill replaces the previous version where the woman had to consent to the examinations.
