Posted by chitown639 at 05:49 PM : May 08, 2008"

Actually that figure is true, it''s $845 billion between now and 2015 basically to pay the debt we owe the UN and have owed for 35 years but have not been paying.

Taddles all of the constitution is open to interpretation but none the less....DEMOCRATES DON''T "PUNISH" DEMOCRATES!!!!! If I sound like a child its because we are being treated like children. But we are adults, and when our own party "punishes" us .... we leave.

That bill directs and requires the President to pay the bill that we owe the UN and have been blowing off for 35 years. Our government agreed to pay 0.7% of our GDP to the UN along with 135 other nations to help fight poverty world wide. To date we have not paid that debt. We are the biggest debtor nation in the world, we make deals and then don''''t pay our bills because stupid people like you cry about it when they don''''t know $hit about it.

I don''t understand why you stay in this country. You are always criticizing it. If we are so bad, why don''t you go to some of those countries and see for yourself. You would be begging to get back in after a short time.

Taddles, Yes You''ve been a minority Party that has been represented by the Democrats and you''ve had no complaints until now. The reason that you now have more power is because the dynamics outside of your minority has changed. When Blacks vote as a "Block"...92% of them, It weakens the rest of the Party. And for all practicle purposes it creates 3 parties, two weak ones and one strong one. The Democrates have no power now.

So you''re thinking something like why don''t the white people just move over for a change and let the Blacks have a turn. Because Obama can''t beat McCain and the Democrates HAVE TO get back in the White House. Yes I know you want to believe that he can beat McCain and even though you can point out a lot of fine qualities Obama has, You''ve shown a strong unwillingness to look at his vulnerabilitys.

I didn''t say Hillary would be president. McCain will be your next president. The majority of people in this country are too smart to vote Obama with the baggage he has in office. You really should hope McCain is the president to save this country. Obama will spend us more into the poor house than the Iraq war has cost. He want to send 845 billion to the African nations. You people are stupid.

"The "Right to assemble" is a constitutional right. MI and FL challenged the DNC and the DNC REACTED LIKE A BUNCH OF COMMUNIST!!

Posted by truthyness at 05:33 PM : May 08, 2008"

You sound like a petulant child who wants a toy.

The rules of the primary game were set down over a year ago, FL and MI disregarded those ruels and were punished for it.

The right to assemble is part of the "First amendment" and has absolutely nothing to do with this, no one has stopped anyone from "assembling"

Look, if you''re going to quote the constitution at least read it once and use it correctly.

LOL, they''ve been a minority party forever, this is the first time in this countries history that they have one of their own representing them at the highest levels. Obama shows how far we have come as a country the snide attacks on forums like this one shows how far we have left to go.

"How can Hillary possibly be the best candidate to win the election when she can''''t even win the Primaries .. you have to take step one before you can take step two!!

Posted by oly_joe at 05:22 PM : May 08, 2008"

Bingo, give that man a cookie.

The primaries are the "job interview" for the position of President, if you can''t win the primaries and you can''t run a good campaign you certainly can''t be President. Hillary has not run a good campaign, she had this thing locked up the day she filed and she miscalculated and lost it. She underestimated her opponent (or underestimated the people either way is fatal) and pi$$ed away a 30 point lead over Obama. Obama has run an excellent campaign, he has dealt with the attacks admirably and has raised more money, won more states, won more delegates, and won more votes than Hillary.

" Either that or change the name of the Party to the Democratic Communist Party and put 48 stars on the flag.

Posted by truthyness at 05:19 PM : May 08, 2008"

They brought it on themselves, they can figure out a resolution satisfactory to the parties involved or they can suck it up and cry in their beer.

If this were a communist (read dictatorship) country, MI and FL would never have had this problem because the party leaders in each state would have been shot for treason.

Obama Makes Move to Wrap Up Washington Superdelegates
Posted by Jill Jackson| 86

Jill Jackson is a Capitol Hill field producer for CBS News.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sen. Barack Obama stepped into a swarm of superdelegates this morning when he visited the House of Representatives in the middle of a vote. Obama stayed on the floor for almost half an hour visiting with both Democrats and Republicans who looked completely star struck.

Even Speaker Nancy Pelosi left her weekly press briefing and made a beeline for the House floor to say hello. And the Capitol Hill press corps surrounded the House Chamber to catch him on his way out and fire questions about such an unusual move for a presidential candidate, even if he is a senator.

Meanwhile, Hillary had a good cry, kicked Bill in the nutz, and then whipped up a triple batch of her delicious Gorilla Cookies,......YUM-YUM!!!...LMMFAO
