Rev. Wright and the anti-American church isn''''''''t a "LEGITIMATE" issue? The American people want to know. Just what is a ''''''''legitimate issue''''''''? Softballs?

Posted by trapbreak at 02:57 PM : Apr 27, 2008

No - they''re not "legitimate" issues.

Your answer to the following questions will determine what are or aren''t actual issues:

When the next president gets sworn in in January, are you expecting him / her to address the "flag pin" issue? The Rev Wright controversy? Launch an investigation to see if Obama actually had ties to Bill Ayers?

Or would you like to see them do something about the economy, the Iraq war THAT McCAIN SUPPORTS, illegal immigration, and sky high gas prices?

Obama''''s reason for not debating Hillary is mediocre.

Posted by truthyness at 03:00 PM : Apr 27, 2008

Hillary''s intention of a debate is FREE MEDIA attention, because she''s broke.

Obama doesn''t need free media attention, and he doesn''t need to sink to her mudslinging level to win the primaries. If he did have a debate with her, and the mud did fly, he would get hurt from it more than she would, because everyone already expects "gutter politics" out of her, and not him.

VastR-WCon:

I wonder how many debates you think is a reasonable number. How about 25, 50, 100? Or is Hillary just trying to get free air time? Her campaign is broke - without cash. She''s not about to put in any of her 109 million; she''s no fool. No reason to chase good money after bad. Why do you think she''s trying to hustle five, ten, 20 dollar contributions from the ordinary people who don''t have 109 million. If she can trick them to pay off her debt, so much the better. So much for a "candidate for the people."

The MSM is still up-in-arms over George and Charlie in the last "debate". Apparently these two failed to live-up to the MSM''''s required "special treatment" of its favorite candidate by giving hussein some questions that were not just soft-ball lobs. How dare they treat him that way!

Posted by VastR-WCon at 02:44 PM : Apr 27, 2008

It was 63 minutes into the debate, and it was the 16th question before they FINALLY asked him about a legitimate issue.

If you think that''s an appropriate amount of time to waste on frivolous BS instead of the ACTUAL ISSUES, then the problem isn''t really with the MSM - it''s with you.

Hillary, Obama, McCain - the ''best'' that America has to offer? A frightening thought indeed.

If there was ever a year that ''None of the Above'' should be on the presidential ballot, this is it.

This is another excellent proposal by Hillary.

The MSM is still up-in-arms over George and Charlie in the last "debate". Apparently these two failed to live-up to the MSM''s required "special treatment" of its favorite candidate by giving hussein some questions that were not just soft-ball lobs. How dare they treat him that way!

And what was the result of Charlie and George acting like JOURNALISTS, instead of hussein supporters? hussein folded like a cheap (and empty) suit !!!!!!!

Then we get another wimp-out from hussein: he says he will no longer debate! Wow, that''s BITTER, very BITTER. He wants to just CLING TO his "God Da''mn America" RELIGION.

Come-on hussein. Don''t hide. Face your opponent like a man, instead of an elitist wimp.

Hillary is waiting, and so is the rest of America.

He''s not running from a fight.

Hillary is begging for a debate, and he''s not going to give it to her. She''s BROKE, and needs all the free exposure she can get. Why would he help bail her out of her own financial mess? She created it, let her figure out how to get out of it!!
