The thing is HIllary doesn''t have to lie. She and the DNC know exactly how far out in front of Obama she is in getting votes!

But Obama will continue to lie about it.

ABC News'' Teddy Davis Reports: Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., inaccurately claimed Tuesday that the Democratic National Committee has defended his decision to launch a national cable buy reaching a substantial number of homes in Florida, a state which violated D.N.C. rules by scheduling its contest before Feb. 5.

"The DNC has consistently said that we have not broken that pledge," said Obama.

Obama''s claim is not true.

I think a lawsuit had been filed already and didn''''t pass. I don''''t think that any lawsuit will pass anyway. MI and FL had violated party rules and the constitution argument won''''t hold ground since people will be allowed their constitutional vote in november.

The constitution overrides any DNC rules. There will be a suit if the DNC doesn''t come around. K Thurman head of democrat party in FL thinks they will be counted. Also a US Congressman in Jacksonville says she will be leading a million (seems a lot to me)people to Denver to protest. Will be like it was once before and tore the Democrats up that year. I think Howard Dean knows this and will do something to head this off.

He held an ad campaign in Florida, trying to sneak it in as a national ad campaign when he knew it was airing in Florida.

And he held 11 press conferences in Florida and Michigan.

Dumber ''n dirt, the guy is!

The chairman of the florida democrat party thinks Fl will be counted. I think a lawsuit is in the making and they feel they can win on Constitional grounds. I think they have to gurarantee everyone a vote.

Hillary Clinton from the beginning had a clear intention that every voice would be heard and not ignored!

And Barak Obama did too until someone whispered in his ear that he broke DNC rules in both those states and any votes he got there would be contested!

Then he shut the hell up, and refused a re-vote!

Look at the electoral map.....OHIO and FLORIDA will yet again decide the election. Senator Clinton could possibly win either or both of those states in a general election. Obama will struggle to win blue collar workers as well as elderly voters in either of those states. Democrats have to win one of these two states to win the general election, I don''t think Obama can win either , I feel like Clinton can win the big states needed to win against McCCain. CLINTON/BAYH 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
