ainttaken,,,,, Yeah, I worked at the turn in facility DRMO in Imperial Beach for 4 years & saw everyone doing it..... Unbelievable, most of our employees where ex-military ---
-- Must have been around 100 grand in losses every year, not to mention people loading their trunks with gold from compurer salvage & allowing classified materieals to be sold on public auctions.

ainttaken,,,, We''ve now got over 36,000 killed or wounded in Iraq with no end or goals in sight & we can''t man Afhaganistan to fight the War on terror,,,,, we can''t even meet military commitments at home let alone abroad.

The US population is around 300 million, 7% is eligible to enlist ----- Time for a draft & taxes to pay for it.

I''m not a Democrat. At any rate, most Republicans and independents agree with me about Romney, which is why they didn''t vote for him in spite of his virtual ownership of talk radio and the support of Fox News (once Giuliani went down). In the interests of trying to elevate the discussion, let me make the following points:

1. Romney%u2019s religion has nothing to do with the debate. He has a wonderful family and a committed relationship with his wife. The problem is that he will say anything to get elected, and he runs cynical negative ads against people who support what he supported months or years ago.

2. Romney is good at building companies, but that does not mean he knows how to run an economy. In fact, Massachusetts lost a lot of jobs while he was there. It probably wasn''t his fault, but he didn''t perform any economic miracles.

3. Huckabee created lots of jobs, rebuilt infrastructure, raised the per capita income by 50%, and altogether turned around his state. I know because I saw the difference. People complain that he raised taxes by less than 1%, but what is that compared to 50% increase in income? The taxes went to good use. Huckabee would be better for the economy than anyone except possibly Bobby Jindal.

"I don''t think the average American is ready to give the Presidency to a Angry America Hating White Hating Black Racist Liberal Democrat." - demslie

That''s probably true. HOWEVER, Barack Obama is NOT those things. demslie is a LIAR. Unable to think for himself, he parrots the smears spewed out daily by FAUX "news", O''Liely, Limbaugh, and their ilk.

giantrobot2, McCain needs a religous conservative who is also sharp on the economy. The Huckster doesnt know any more about the economy than McCain.

Romney created a Multi-Billion Dollar Company and he knows nothing about the economy? The DNC has sure educated its Devil Minions well.
