THE STORY TURNED OUT TO BE FALSE.
EITHER HILLARY KNEW IT WAS NOT TRUE OR SHE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. IN EITHER EVENT, SHE AGAIN SHOWS A LACK OF JUDGMENT.
