- And third of all, Nancy Pelosi''s leadership in congress hasn''t been worth a ***, especially now that information has been released as to Bush''s corruption regarding Iraq.
A bunch of mewly bills trying to get him to bring the troops home, and saying impeachment is off the table just doesn''t cut it. Her leadership skills are NIL, and most want to even put somebody in the White House that has absolutely NO leadership skills.

First of all, had Bush not been in office manipulating this country right from the get go, 9/11 very possibly wouldn''t have happened in the first place.
Second of all, he went to Afghanistan and lost Osama, (supposedly, if you believe what you''ve been fed...frankly I think he move him to Florida in Jeb''s spare bedroom).
Then he concocted 935 lies telling this country, Saddam had something to do with it, and that he had WMD''s, which come to find out, he knew he didn''t.
Then, come to find out, the Neocon''s plans to invide the Middle East was on Bush''s desk the first day he stepped in office. Iraq didn''t have anything to do with 9/11 at all. It was for the incorporation of the middle east, and the privatizing of their oil.
Had we gotten a democratic president in the first place, we''d still be paying $40/barrel, and a couple of bucks at the pump, and they''d have realized Poppa Bush''s NAFTA krap wasn''t producing jobs as he promised with his trumped up statistics that he fed to Congress and Clinton. - Reply to this comment
- I am in no way defending the Democrats because they are equally complicit in this mess. But there is one other aspect totally unrelated to anyone''s political party affiliation that people should pay attention to: our military is close to reaching the breaking point. This is something that military commanders have been admonishing and no one is listening. This is a grave situation with disastrous implications in many ways. Add to that the fact that the military is levying exorbitant interests rates on loans and credit cards military personnel have, effectively rendering reimbursement virually impossible. As a result, the military is deducting what is owed from military personnels'' paychecks. Finally, the military and federal government are doing little to help families at home with members serving abroad. It is time to end the occupation and bring home the troops NOW.

- Jack, it''s not all about liberals and conservatives. You might want to contemplate long and hard about whether staying the course is the right thing to do or not. As for me, I''m not sure. All I know is people are dying every day, private contractors are exploiting billions of dollars of taxes you and I pay, and (as far as I know) the "death to America" chants haven''t gotten any quieter. By the way, it doesn''t sound to intelligent when you call half of the population "IDIOTS". If you want people to take your ideas seriously you might want to think about altering the way you communicate.

- Bush and Cheney do not want this war stopped at all because to them it''s been a huge success. Their friends in the war contracting business and big oil are making obscene amounts of money (and you can bet Bush and Cheney are getting a cut) and they don''t care how many people, including our troops, have to die for the money.

- Pe;osi and Reid are two of the dumbest politicians I have ever seen. They haven''t a clue. Without even listening to the general these two have already decided that we have lost. It is unamerican and I am sick of the both of them. They are both useless and here they are AGAIN making decisions without even consulting or listening to what the people in command has to say. Obama is in this league folks so be carefull what you wish for.

- When 81% think the country is on the wrong track. 4000+ dead troops from a lier''s war. When the economy is tanking after 7 years of Republican policy - 10 billion/month sent to Iraq, 9 TRILLION national debt, and with abundant foreclosures.
People are itching to vote for more of the same? Yeah, right. - Reply to this comment

- these two surrendercrats obviously pay no attention to the polls which show the majority of Americans wabnt stability before withdrawel. These two have been screaming defeat for months and now they are ignoring another fact that this latest effort has created progress in Iraq on the security and political front. Knowing these truthswhy would they still believe surrender is the only course? Because of rank politics without any vision or care regarding the results of abandoning Iraq. These two idiots are some of the reasons why there will be a republican president in 08.

Where did you get that number swastika breath? You Nazi''s keep coming up with all the numbers that no one else has heard of. In some polls your Fuhrer has about a 19% approval...that''s awlful low. Besides I didn''t know the speaker had an approval number, I thought that was congress. You haven''t been playing with your magic swastika again have you??? You know that thing failed Heir Rove BADLY in 2006... Sieg Heil Bush - Reply to this comment
- "IT''S NOT TOO LATE"
IT IS TOO LATE FOR OVER 4,000 AMERICAN TROOPS, AND HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF IRAQI''S THAT HAVE BEEN KILLED OR WOUNDED IN THIS UNNECESSARY, CORRUPT, ARROGANT, AND MOST BLUNDERED WAR IN HISTORY. THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION FABRICATED, MANIPULATED, AND CREATED FALSE EVIDENCE TO LAUNCH A WAR FOR POLITICAL GAIN.
GOD "BLESS" OUR TROOPS..... - Reply to this comment
- The evil, cowardly Whimpo-crats in Congress have sent the Great Emperor Bush II a letter saying that there is still time for him to change course (not "STAY THE COURSE!") in Iraq.
It is expected that the Great Emperor will file the letter in the circular "filing cabinet" next to his throne in the Oval Office.
After all, the cowardly Whimpo-crats do not tell the leader of the neocon Fascist Nazis what to do. The Great Emperor Bush II is answerable to no one (except maybe the First Lady?), and has demonstrated that time and time again, in particular with the recently leaked memos regarding torture and illegal search and seizures.
Besides, the Great Emperor wouldn''t be pleased more than to "hand off" the problems HE caused, to the next occupant of the throne in the Oval Office, no matter if it be Obama, Clinton, "Bagdad John" McCain, or Ralph Nader(what????)!
That way, the neocon Fascist Nazis could shift the blame for the entire mess the new Emperor/Emperess would inherit on to them instead of the Great Emperor Bush II!
SIG HEIL, BUSH!!!

- It doesn''t hurt to ask, but it''ll take more than that. Since the public seems to care less all the time, shame on us. If 81% of you think we''re on the wrong track, do something about it.

- "More sick Liberal hypocrisy. The Democrats have supported terrorism by undermining the war and are directly responsible for the deaths of 4,000 soldiers and tens of thousands of Iraqis. They are the real enemy. They are the real murderers."
Oh, please. This C-student (apparently the best grade money can buy a party boy at Yale) Republican President is responsible for too many atrocities to mention. That doesn''t mean the democrats are correct all the time either. But, to make that statement is total lunacy. - Reply to this comment
