OBAMA TIES TO HAMAS

The Jewish Telegraphic Agency today reports that the Wright, Jr., long-time pastor of Obama, published an op-ed piece signed by a Hamas leader. The item appeared in the July 22, 2007 edition of his Trinity United Church newspaper on the "Pastor''''s Page." Justifies attacks on Israeli civilians, and carries a supporting introduction by Mr. Wright.

Obama issued a statement strongly condemning these views of his pastor. "I certainly wasnt in church when that outrageously wrong [Hamas] piece was re-printed in the bulletin.

Obama is a long-time member of Trinity United, and his financial contributions to his church are reported to be substantial ("All told, the [Obama] couple gave $27,500 to [Trinity United] in 2005 and 2006," according to the New York Times of March 26). His moral support to the church has been unwavering. As more and more and more details of the extremist political positions of the church are revealed, Obamas response has been to distance himself from these, but also to repeat, over and over, that he didn''''t know, that he wasn''''t there.

I find it very difficult to believe that an intelligent, energetic, and very political man like Obama is perpetually ignorant about what goes on in the church to which he devotes so many of his resources. If he does get to the White House....

Not many women in this country could have come thru a situation like Hillary went thru.

What ''situation'' should Hillary be exhalted for coming through? You mean the womanizing behavior she mocked (too soon)in the song, ''Stand By Your Man''? What exactly has she done that makes her worthy of adoration in the ''situation'' area? She CHOSE to stand by her man, who, it turns out, can''t resist whipping it out when and where the mood hits him. She supported him in his lies...yes, she did...too much has been ''leaked'' about the name Monica being such a source of irritation to her that she snapped at him during a White House event, "I''m a little sick of hearing that name!". So she was ''in on it'', so to speak. And how is asking a question about this incident being rude? The person who asked the question wasn''t aggressive or ugly. And this ''child'' is in her late 20s now and stumping for Mom...so who is exploiting who? He asked a simple question and in true Clinton fashion...was denied an answer, not based on really answering the question so much as making the person asking the question feel guilty for asking. This is typical Clinton politics. Sounds like Mom and Dad have groomed her according to their values...which doesn''t say much. Let''s exhalt women who really have done something exceptional during a critical time in their lives. Hillary has someone drunk on Clinton Kool-Aid.

Obama misleads PENNSYLVANIA VOTERS in new TV ad
False Advertising: New Obama Ad Falsely Claims He Does Not Accept Money From Oil Companies
Phil Singer, Deputy Communications Director: %u201CIt%u2019s unfortunate that Senator Obama is using false advertising to explain why he can be trusted to do something about energy prices. Senator Obama says he doesn%u2019t take campaign contributions from oil companies but the reality is that ExxonMobil, Shell and others are among his donors. I wonder if they%u2019ll fix the ad.%u201D
A new ad by Sen. Obama running in Pennsylvania falsely claims that Sen. Obama does not accept money from the oil industry. In the ad, Sen. Obama says, %u201CI%u2019m Barack Obama and I don%u2019t take money from oil companies or lobbyists and I won%u2019t let them block change anymore.%u201D
According to the Center for Responsive Politics, Sen. Obama has received over $160,000 from the oil and gas companies. Two major bundlers for his campaign %u2014 George Kaiser and Robert Cavnar %u2013 are oil company CEOs. Sen. Obama has accepted money from Exxon, Shell, BP, Chevron and just about every other major oil company. Just last month, Sen. Obama accepted another $8,400 from ExxonMobil, $12,370 from Chevron and $6,500 from British Petroleum.

How could she not know about sexism. All she has to do is look at her father and his rape charges and what he did to those 20 something interns.

Maybe if Chelsea wasn''t so sheltered and treated like a 14 year old girl instead of a 28 year old women she wouldnt be such a fool

I think we as a people are too judgmental and rude and this is why the majority of the world think we need to know our place. We are too agressive and poke our nose into policeing the world like we own every country. We only are there for USA only no other reason. Stating we are helping the people of the countries we are in is bs. Good for Chelsey for stepping up and not answer a rude question. What is wrong for her reaction it is about time for some manners in this country. That is why the world does not like us.

I totally agree with ChelseyClinton''s answer to the question. What is our society come to publically to be rude to anybody. She is out there campaigning for her mom and has to tolerate ignorance. That situation was nothing to do with Chelsey and is over and past and I must commend Mrs Clinton to come thru this with grace and charm. Not many women in this country could have come thru a situation like Hillary went thru. We wonder why the world thinks we are too agressive and rude that most countries do not like us as a people at all.

CHELSEA SHOULD BE "SURPRISED" BY SEXIST COMMENTS. WHO THE F&$K IN THIS DAY AND AGE WOULD MAKE SUCH A CONFRONTATIONAL COMMENT? IT ONLY SERVES TO PI$$ OFF HALF THE VOTERS LISTENING TO THIS GARBAGE!

Call me cynical but whenever I see Hillary cry or Chelsea make statements like this, I feel it was probably planned then vetted in front of a focus group to test impact before it was made actually made public as spontaneous.

How do we know she was asked these questions, and how do we know they weren''y asked by a Hillary operative?
