Latest Caucus Victory Is His Thirteenth In Battle For The Democratic Presidential Nomination
- Hillary Clinton said she and John McCain "have crossed the Commander-in-Chief threshhold" and Barack Obama hasn"t.
I know about McCain, but when did Hillary cross that threshhold ?

- O.K I see your not getting it-I LOST a brother and many of my freinds in the vietnam war, I was a protester then and a Organizer then and now, I helped freinds get into canada, everyone i knew was getting drafted,Day after Day 100''s of body bags were filmed coming home. and on the vote, which obama was''nt there to make-it was NOT a vote to go to war.It WAS a vote to allow force to be used if all else failed. Bush did''nt pursue "the all else" he went right to the war part. They were supposed to put the inspectors back in. It was supposed to be used..in the context of using a Big Stick to show saddam and the united nations we were serious about it. Idon''t trust repubs and never have but even icould''nt imagine any american government being so devious

- Barack Obama actually has more years in elected office than Hillary Clinton does.

Next Tuesday in Mississippi, she shocks the political world by again winning 55-45.Then on April 22, the big one%u2014Pennsylvania%u2014and it''s a Clinton blowout: 60-40, with Clinton picking up a whopping 32 delegates. Enough blacks desert Obama to give North Carolina to Hillary in another big win, 55-45, netting her seven more delegates.May 13 in West Virginia is no kinder to Obama, and he loses by double digits, netting Clinton two delegates. Another 60-40 landslide on May 20 in Kentucky nets her 11 more. Oregon, a classic Obama state. Ooops! He loses there 52-48. Clinton wins by 10 in Montana and South Dakota on June 3 and the scheduled primary season ends on June 7 in Puerto Rico Clinton pulls off a 60-40 landslide, giving her another 11 delegates.
this fanciful calculation gives Hillary the lead, right? Actually, it makes the score 1,625 to 1,584 for Obama. A margin of 39 pledged delegates may not seem like much, but remember, the chances of Obama losing state after state by 20-point margins are slim to none.
So no matter how you cut it, Obama will almost certainly end the primaries with a pledged delegate lead, courtesy of all those landslides in February.
But that''s only under my crazy pro-Hillary projections. More likely, Obama would need about 50-100 of the approximately 500 uncommitted superdelegates, which shouldn''t be too difficult. - Reply to this comment

-obamagrls-bf, you''re right, absolutely! no hard calculation nor math formulas here. Just plain n'' simple 1+1=2 math. Only a miracle may turn things around in favor of Hillary, which is unlikely. - Reply to this comment

Yes, I remember that after over 10 years of investigations and 60 million in taxpayer money spent the only thing illegal that was found was a lie about a blowwjob. Thanks for digging up and polishing that giant dinosaur turrd. We''re all truly impressed I''m sure.

- truth-hurts: Please don''t ask Hillary a Natioal Security question because she''ll answer all right -- BUT get it all wrong.
How about a little deliberation. And perhaps instead of waiting until 3:00am for the crisis to come up, how about taking care of problems as they arive with a diplomatic core. Oh, that''s right. Hillary thinks it is naive to talk to you enemies. Cripe, how can you support that policy - that''s something you should have learned in kindergarten - you talk to those people you don''t like to work out the issues. - Reply to this comment
- I guess Hillary finally realizes that she has no chance of winning the nomination so she is starting to beg Obama for the #2 spot. All this hinting at the dream ticket is her way of preping her supporters for her loss and attempting to hang on to some position in the Whitehouse.
Dream on Hillary, Obama doesn''''t need you!!

- Let%u2019s talk about Hillary Clinton%u2019s tactics over the past couple of weeks.
First of all, her main argument for why she is more qualified than Obama is that she has more experience than he does. I guess she believes that being married to a president makes you qualified to be one because she doesn%u2019t really have much experience in any position other than First Lady; if that makes you qualified to run the country than I guess her argument holds true.
Second, Hillary had slammed Obama for his supposed contact with Canada to reassure the Canadian Government that he did not really dislike NAFTA; he was just saying he did for political gain in the presidential race and he would then go back to supporting NAFTA after the election.
Then we come to find out it was ACTUALLY HILLARY CLINTON who had contacted the Canadian government to ensure them that she would not change the trade deals the US has with Canada but she needed to be critical of NAFTA for the short run because her opponent had been making headway by not supporting NAFTA in REAL POLICY.
Third, Clinton blasted Obama for his implied connection to Rezno, who has been investigated for fraud and Hillary has cried corruption and lamented about ethics.

- You know if you are opposed to the war, you could refuse to go, it takes courage to stand up for what you believe in, they did it in the nam war, i would have supported your decision, but then i''''m an activist. last i heard we don''''t have a draft.

You have no idea do you cowgirlblue2. Stop-Loss, you''re stuck unless you go you AWOL. We have families to look after too.
I also think it is important to have a wider breath of educated folks in the military. I stopped several soldiers at different times doing incredibly stupid things over there to the Iraqis. Don''t you think it is a good thing to have people in the military who do not agree with war as the first answer?
Can you tell me cowgirlblue2 why you think Hillary has this wonderful experience? I can''t think of a thing. She failed at health care; she failed at her foreign policy in Iraq, and she failed for putting all of her eggs in one basket for Musharef. Barack on the other hand spoke against the war before it started (hugely unpopular) and then last year spoke that the US should broaden its support for Pakistan''s leadership. He was right while Hillary was wrong. - Reply to this comment

That says a lot when you''re in an extremely hostile war zone and one of your (and ultimately your fellow troops'' greatest stressors was the work environment) - WOW, they really don''t pay the troops enough for all that you all do!
The Repubs thought they had a lock on the ''patriotism'' banner, but back in 2004 it was because all the troops were still overseas - now that we all get to hear the real stories from Iraq they''re not going to get away with it this time around!

- SamTheTVCat. Thanks. It was wildly unpopular at the time to be against the war. Me and only two others.

I am still incredibly bitter about the hyprocrisy - that''s what really gets my goat when people say that vote was just a mistake and for one of those people to say that someone who did not support the war some how needs more experience. It is not just that vote but what that vote represents. - Reply to this comment

- cowgirlblue2. Why don''t you ask me the question about what I did to stop the war?
I marched before the war and then I had to go fight in it. Do you have any idea what happens in war and how bad people are messed up on both sides both mentally and physically? NO you don''t because you are for Hillary - Bush Lite. - Reply to this comment
- cowgirlblue2: What a piece of work. Oregon always goes for Hillary? When is the last time you voted for Hillary?
And you are here on this forum telling us that we''re caught up in some feel good movement. You disgust me cowgirlblue2. - Reply to this comment
McCain has tied his political fortunes to a President who has the lowest approval rating since Nixon. He''s tied his political future to a man who has no political future and is widely seen as the worst President in U.S. history.
