If McCain picks the Huckster as his veep running mate, he might as well have a target on his chest, because the wacked-out righty''s want their man (Gomer Huckabee) one way or the other. To them, the end justifies the means.

I think McCain needs a fiscal conservative as his running mate- someone who understands economics and will convince the electorate that we will move away from Bush deficit spending and get things under control. If McCain takes a business as usual Republican, I will vote Libertarian.
