She (& other members of Congress) did no such thing.When Congress approved the Authorization for the use of Military Force in Iraq Pres. Bush, VP Cheney, Colin POwell, & others in the Bush administration LIED to Congress. Congress approved what they were told was a bill to allow inspections to t ake place in Iraq for weapons of mass destruction. What form did your opposition take Sen Obama? I kind of doubt that since Obama is black. On the other hand, the Bush family supported Hitler until they were convicted of trading with the enemy in 1942 and had their assets seized.

- Telecommunications Industry should absolutely not recieve immunity from prosecution. To be prosecuted, by law means you have alledgeldy commited a crime againts a person or persons. You have the right to refute this, with evidence in court. No problem. To not want to stand trial, when justly accused(READ:not condemned) is to flout the law of the land that our forefathers sought to create against injustices, i.e. King George of England circa 1775 himself ruling that he was above reproach and therefore justified with his decisions.
