His base extends far beyond the religious right, and he is running as a former governor, not the Baptist preacher he was 20+ years ago

LOL -- I just saw him on TV again today calling for a constitutional amendment to make our Constitution conform to God''s law, whatever Mike deems that to be. He''s banking on the blind evangelical sheep to come out in full force to save his pathetic butt, so that together they can impose the views of a small radical minority upon the rest of us who are, for the most part, sane, reasonable and rational. A vote for Huckabee is a vote for the American Taliban!

The repeated attempt to stereotype Mike Huckabee''s supporters is so offensive to me, and millions of others. His base extends far beyond the religious right, and he is running as a former governor, not the Baptist preacher he was 20+ years ago. He is the only candidate with executive experience, the only candidate with a tough stand on illegal immigration (and a thorough plan to address it), the candidate who can truly rejuvenate the economy, the candidate who stands for Second Amendment rights...and the most brilliant communicator the GOP has seen since Reagan.
Repuplicans, if you truly believe McCain''s nomination is a foregone conclusion, don''t waste your vote! Cast it for the ONLY conservative left: Governor Huckabee- we need and deserve a place at the table at this convention- it''s vital- and you can make it happen by making your voice heard.

I haven''t seen your exact mixture of ignorance and bigotry anywhere else.

Labeling the truth "ignorance and bigotry" does not change the truth. Perhaps you could sit and think a while, and maybe begin to construct a colorable logical counter-argument. I''m not saying you are capable of being persuassive, but you could at least give it a try. I doubt very much you will succeed, but there is some honor in at least reaching for the stars.

I''m listening to McCain lie about the spying bill blaming it on Democrat Congress, saying democrats are allowing Evil Al Queda prevail in the world

Republicans in the Senate held that bill untill 2 days prior to sending it to the House -- Then they shot down a 21 day extension.

Huckabee surprised many once before by coming from behind, I''m hoping that he does it again. The man has the best commonsense approach to leading this country out of the mire its currently in.The libs of course see him as a threat to their self gratifying lifestyle. Sorry ,but the party''s over, time to face the reality of your actions and pay the piper, no matter who comes to power.

Candide777: how many different screen names do you have, and where do you get your propoganda? Who is your employer, and have you been assigned specifically to troll CBS? I haven''t seen your exact mixture of ignorance and bigotry anywhere else.

If interesting in getting some cold, hard, facts and wondering just what is going on, these days this opened my eyes. cfr = Counsel on Foreign Relations, is your candidate on this list?
cfr/nau & 2008 presidential candidates, copy/paste w/space. it''s a youtube video of this secret counsel that was not supposed to be public leaked into the news. It took my breath away.
