Obama Takes Delegate Lead With Wins In 4 States; Clinton Manager Steps Down
- rozz62--All good points! Lester Crown''s middle name is "General Dynamics" one of the largest defense contractors in the nation. Does any serious person really think the Crowns and General Dynamics are going to back peace?
Obama makes lots of pretty noises to inspire his credulous supporters...while his Demopublican fellows in Congress are moving a bill for a draft through Congress which will see many of his unemployed, vacant-eyed dupes along with their middle-brow goo-goo liberal comrades in pretty little desert cammies eating Halliburton rations, drinking Halliburton water and wondering just how high their worthless Strykers will fly after they hit an IED. That is precisely what all of the Demopublican candidates offer! VOTE THIRD PARTY AND PUT AN END TO THE DEMOPUBLICAN FARCE! - Reply to this comment

Many people seem to feel it''s OK and relevant to criticize Bill Clinton and he''s not running for President either. No double standards, please. - Reply to this comment
- For now, Obama has this former Republican, now Independent''s vote. He has sold me on change. He has sold me on his charisma. I''m reading both his books to get inside his head. Here''s what I need to know from him to "seal the deal". I support pulling out of Iraq, but only to concentrate our efforts on Afghanistan and Pakistan. Iraq needs to take the lead and take ownership of their future. As long as we''re there to do it for them, they won''t even try. We are forcing Democracy down their throats when the average Iraqi doesn''t even understand the concept. If it''s such a "Democracy", how about we put it to a vote? Let the Iraqis vote on if they want us to stay or not. If the result is "no", then we leave.
If President, what would Obama do if we are attacked again?
What is going to do about the cost of gas? I know what his long-term goals are, but what about right now? In upstate NY, our average cost is around $3.20 per gallon.
How does he plan to utilize the National Guard--as an Operational Force as we are now being used, or will he restore their role as Strategic Reserve--to be used for natural disasters and Homeland Security. - Reply to this comment
- rozz62: Your vitrol is unseemly. Are you sure that you are not a member of the David Duke fan club. Obama won a majority of the latino vote in Illinois. Are you suggesting that latinos in Illinois are ignorant, stupid or moronic?
I pray that all those who choose to stoop to irrational, unfounded and unwarranted aspersions against the character of those they do not like, will cease immediately.

- FYI: I wasn''t stating that congress solved the problem of landing on the moon. I was actually referring to the period during which voting rights were extended. Of course you would need to be able to read between the lines to understand that. However, this would require the ability to actually be able to read beyond the level of the 6th grade.
Its fascinating to listen to the news from most sources and hear that Sen. Obama has the edge because of the African Amerian vote. Then, you see the measure of his victories in places like Nebraska, Washington (State) and Main, not to mention Iowa, where there is a noticable absence of black voters and you wonder why there is no mention AT ALL of the overwhelming victories in these states. Is the media trying to make the Senator the black candidate? Perhaps I''''m just missing something.
Finally, I must apologize for the fact that I don''''t hold Washington (DC) insiders in very high esteem. They haven''''t solved a problem of note since landing on the moon. PLEASE give me someone with no inside the beltway, lobbyist funded, bribe taking experience. PLEASE??? - Reply to this comment

- The will of the people is obvious here; a majority of democrats are tired of the Clintons and their sorry history. Obama presents a fresh start for the party and the country, while providing us all with an opportunity to dramatically improve racial relations in this country.
As for prior experience, no job on God''s earth is as big as the Presidency of the United States. Anyone would have to grow into it. Obama''s intellect and ability to unite others has more potential here as well. Mrs. Clinton "experience" is really nothing more than being Bill Clinton''s wife, from the Rose Law partnership to the purchase of the NY Senate seat. (Sorry feminists and others, but deep down YOU KNOW that''s true). There is a plethora of talent on the democrat side that could compose a fine Obama administration to deliver on the ideals that the party stands for without the acrimony and shady ethics that the Clintons too often bring into play.
Any Democrat voters aim is to win the White House in November. A vote for Obama is one to be proud of. A vote for Hillary requires a pinched nose. That''s an easy choice for me. - Reply to this comment

Suffice it to say, ''talking of change'' is less than nothing...Obama''s idea of ''change'' is to expand the Stupid Peoples'' War...following the line of his handlers--the Brzezinskis, Lake and their ilk--and those who finance him.
Obama''s idea of market forces taking care of energy prices was to let the cold, freeze. I''m sure the poor and cold of New England were comforted by the ''liberality'' of Mr. Obama on their ''temperature-challenged lifestyles''.

Here is what the Democrats did to a real liberal-- threatened him if pursued the impeachment of Bush!

The Democrats betrayed the anti-war vote in 2004, 2006 and now they are betraying it today--the war continues...bigger than ever...and it is a Democratic Congress that is responsible for this sad state of affairs.
There will be Third Party candidates to pick...the conventions are coming up...If the so-called left really wanted peace, they could have joined me and voted for Mr. Ralph Nader in 2004 when the Demopublicans selected two Skull & Bones War Pig cousins to represent their respective wings of the Oligarchical Party. - Reply to this comment

- Obama is surely a great man but he doesn''''t have the worldly experience to be president now. Maybe in 4-8 years but not now. We should all support Hillary because like Obama, she wants positive change for the "regular folk" but also has the experience to implement that change immediately. It may take a while for Obama to make the changes he states in his speeches. Experience candidate who will change America-that''''s Hillary! Think about it. We need someone with EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obama has more legistrative experience than Clinton. Clinton was elected to Office in 2000 in the State of New York, she has 8 years. Obama was elected to Office in 1996 in Illinois, he served in this capacity until 2004 when he was elected to the US Senate. Obama has 12 years of experience to Hillarys 8 years. - Reply to this comment
