That is awesome.

- "But, Mellman said, an Obama win in South Carolina does not come without problems."
Looks like they really expect Obama to win in south carolina. So the spin is now to show what a terrible loss it was to win in south carloina, whereas when hill-freak-america-hater loses the delegate count in new hampshire, it is reported as a big loss for Obama. I expect the Clintons to run a dirty campaign, but I expected the news media to pretend to be neutral to a greater degree. It''s really troubling that CBS is working so hard for one candidate and against another. - Reply to this comment

They let you use German words like mitt, and even an ugly s*exual slang word like bush, but get all upset about a good Latin word like c*um.

- I get a queasy feeling that the major media (Drive By- seem apt) have a game plan set in place and are steering what we read and hear to that end. Clinton vs. Mc Cain. Clinton wins.
A major win in SC is no big deal ?
Clintonspeak and doubling up has never been done before, and this is not just a passionate spouse speaking up, it is a former President of the US, as tainted as he should be. ( Hey ! CBS, does anyone remember those last minute pardons for cash ??? or recently HSU ????).
For the Republicans, Mc Cain is the darling of the liberal press, and has been, with the cover of TIME and puff piece after puff piece, are we to forget this is the guy who was anti tax cut, and pro AMNESTy - or his temper bordering on well, a bit out there.
Let''s play The Caine Munity and see what character best fits Sen Mc Cain.

Although both had been governors, the hands off management style of Ronald Reagan has won more praise, even from his critics, than the cross-the-t"s-dot-the-i"s style of the Master of Tennis Courts, Jimmy Carter.
Besides, any man smart enough to graduate magna c*um laude from Harvard Law School, like Barack Obama, should also be smart enough to find a great staff to get things up and running.
If he doesn"t, his Secretary of State, Oprah Winfrey, will insist that he does. - Reply to this comment

- Dubya implied this week he is moving to Dallas after the White House.
His last house here was a very modest 3400 sq ft which in Highland Park is pretty small.

- This is TOTAL BS!!!
Just 60 days ago, CLINTON LED OBAMA BY 20+ POINTS IN SC!
It''s RIDICULOUS to say NOW that Obama has to win by a large margin. The Clintons (both of them) have campaigned VERY hard in SC, and they WERE way ahead of Obama not long ago.
This all makes me angry. Furthermore, to discredit african americans'' votes is outrageous. Why should the white voters matter more? Won''t african americans be voting in the general election, too? - Reply to this comment
- "Jimmy Carter had great management experience -- he actually personally managed the time allotted on the White House tennis courts -- but that isn"t what you look for in a President, foremost."
To be fair to this much maligned man, I never heard anyone complain that he was treated unfairly in receiving playing time of those tennis courts, all the time Carter was president.
Whereas under Dubya, there were numerous altercations including some underreported stabbings and shootings, as angry staffers jostled for tennis time.
OK, the ball is in your court now. - Reply to this comment

Who does have executive management experience?
None of the Senators running.

Management experience is nice, but it"s a low level skill. Some of our greatest presidents (notably Lincoln) didn"t have much of it going in.
You hire a great Chief of Staff to supply that in the interim.
Jimmy Carter had great management experience -- he actually personally managed the time allotted on the White House tennis courts -- but that isn"t what you look for in a President, foremost.
You look for the man or woman who grasps the big issues and sees the big picture clearly.

- I''ll support whoever wins the Democratic nomination. The Hillary haters don''t realize what an uphill battle they face in November even if she gets the nomination. The Republicans have shown over the last 7 years that they do not deserve to control the country any longer and the voters will affirm that in November. The Democrats will also firmly control the Senate come next year. Republicans have had their turn, now they are going to be the minority party once again.

- Ice, I do not think Hillary would be a VP choice.
My reasoning is that he needs someone with "real" executive management experience and Bubba would not help run the place if Hillary is VP....... I think her pride would get in the way. - Reply to this comment
