Comments on: Obama Distances Self From Indicted Donor
Democratic Candidate Says He Had No Indication Of Wrongdoing By Real Estate Developer Tony Rezo
- realpatriot1--The Crowns hold a major stake in General Dynamics, one I believe sits on its board. GD is a major defense contractor...do you think they support peace? Another member is on the board of JP Morgan...This is the face of the Oligarchy...and they stand not only behind Obama, but behind the other mainstream candidates as well. These are the people who guided wages into the basement, supported open borders, war, war and war...with a willing press to paint Obama as "anti-war" candidate, though he has said he would invade Pakistan and that we need to stay in Iraq to "take out" thousands of "activist-extremists."

- Sorry to all the Obama supporters who believe in him because he is different. The bottomline is he is not any different than any other politician out there. He is a great orater but that is about it. He takes money from anybody he can and that is why he has raised the amount of money he has.
To think that a gentleman coming out of one of the most corrupt political states in the union is somehow different than the rest is actually kinda funny.
Obama supporters please take off the rose colored glasses and see him for what he is just another politician. - Reply to this comment
Nobody had an inkling that he was involved in any problems. When those problems were discovered, we returned money from him that had been contributed."
YEAH everyone but Senator Obama right sure- Reply to this comment
- Prinzowhales,

- Naturally, the front runners in the race are all controlled and supported by crooks and/or the international banking establishment. Lets see the media get into the Mena Arkansas drug and money laundering crimes...the murder of the two poor lads on the railroad tracks that Bill''s State Medical Examiner, Fahmy Malleck, tried to cover up..."Dey, just fell asleep on da railroad track and da train ran over dem...nothing to see here, move along!"
"Arkansas suicide," became a household word...
Does anyone really think that the leading interests of General Dynamics would support an honest American?
Do you think the Crowns would support Obama because he''s some kind of peace-nik who is pro-Arab? ''Dumb as dirt'' would be the best phrase to describe this kind of Obama supporter...And Rezko? Really, what do you expect? - Reply to this comment
- Typical Clinton hypocrisy: They point a sanctimonious finger at Senator Obama about Rezco, but never mention Norman Hsu. Google him. He was indicted on fraud after raising millions for the Clintons and donating 800,000 dollars himself. Don''t believe it? Look it up: Norman Hsu. You can''t really judge someone for the actions of one of many aquaintances, but the Clintons will try, even if it hilites their extraordinary hypocrisy. Norman Hsu. Check it out:

- cptduece/metroduck,
Obama is not a defendant in this trial, therefore there''s no evidence that he was involved in any wrongdoing. There are indications given that an unnamed politician could be named at trial but it''s not clear that is Obama or that the testimony will involve any wrongdoing. One would think if it did that person would either be indicted or named as an unindicted co-conspirator; that''s not the case.
The Clintons were sued by one of their own largest donors who claims that he was harassed and even thrown into jail in Brazil to keep him from testifying. The suit was originally brought by the Federal Elections Commission and constituted the largest case of federal campaign finance law fraud ever brought.
When you''re a Bush or Clinton or Kennedy these things get taken care of.
Obama having to return money to a domestic slumlord pales when compared to having to return money to criminally indicted agents of foreign governments.
Is it better to sell the Lincoln bedroom to foreign agents, to go into business with the ruler of Dubai who is now acquiring large interests in America''s largest financial institutions, selling missle technology to The People''s Liberation Army of XChina so they can be used against American troops?
I don''t excuse this and want to hear more, but I wonder why in the midst of an election CBS leads with this kind of headline but never examines any of the many more egregious crimes where the Clintons are actually parties to a suit! - Reply to this comment
- rotflmao - same goes for you ''honesttalk'' . . . hard to take anybody seriously who talks about judging the good judgment of others when their conclusion is therefore that on the integrity question they choose to back Clinton . . . barf!

- Is about time for the press to start asking Obama the real questions on his records, his associations and to give him the real scrutiny that he needs. For Obama to go out and talk against the politics as usual when his campaign is doing all the "usual and new tricks on the books, is laughable. Is like when he talk about having a good judgment. Rezko story is one that the Obama people don''t want to deal with; Rezko a very well known guy here in Illinois was flying high with all the Democratic machine from the big political guys in Springfield to Chicago. Rezko with Obama was not just a fund riser or as Obama said this week he just worked 5 hours in his firm, Obama has giving Obama campaigns thousands of dollars and their friendship goes back to 15 years! Rezko shady deals were well know, Obama knew that, Obama knew Rezko was a crook; but like always happen in Chicago nobody cares, "what you do in Illinois stays in Illinois." The Democratic machine, the bunch of politicians and including the people around the current Governor have tried to stop this trial that is about to start; the Feds prevail and now they will have some explaining to do. Obama himself have changed his story in the way he met the guy many times, he has been inconsistent and is very troubling, even if Obama hasn''t don''t anything wrong it shows the lack of good judgment and weakness on his personality that make him look like the typical politician!

- Obama needs to get back on message and not let the media paint him into a corner, not just for his own sake but for all our sakes - we''re counting on him to clean up Washington! Anybody with two sparks in their brain knows the Clintons and their supporters are a gazillion times more dirty. Posted by SamTheTVCat
