At Nevada Debate, Democratic Rivals Blame Campaign Supporters For Controversy
- I do not know why gun control is even brought up in any government agency. The criminals and nut cases get them anyway. The only people that gun control laws affect are the honest citizens.

- You know it is very interesting that Obama''s church is blatantly racist and very pro-Africa. But those so-called Black leaders noticably also fail to mention that. Colin Powell is the one that should have been the first viable Black candidate, there has never been any question about his integrity. How much influence will Obama''s church have on him as President if he is elected. Oh which religion should I say, Muslim or the so-called Christian one. Both smell of fanaticism.
Black Americans aren''t you sick of this? Hillary and Bill Clinton have NEVER done anything to you that smells of racism. - Reply to this comment
- I can only assume you are a baiting racist and a person of color.

Wrong, again, as usual. I''m a white male who is disgusted with organizations like Faux News that are working hard to divide our country because it happens to serve their greedy and bigoted interests.
You didn''t answer the question: Why Fuhrman? You know why. He hasn''t a single qualification to be on except that he is a racist. There are thousands of former police detectives in this country who served honorably and could have commented, but Faux News invited the one former detective we all know served dishonorably and incompetently, Fuhrman. Why? Because he appeals to their white racist viewers. Trust me, I have relatives who love Faux News, and guess what? They love to make racist comments. Big surprise. - Reply to this comment
- Candide777 - your eloquent verbage seems to characterize yourself as a Racist? By calling a news organization White Supremists, I can only assume you are a baiting racist and a person of color.

- You know what, Hillary''''s talking about gun control and there''''s a HUGE difference in her when she''''s GENUINELY passionate about a cause. HUGE. She really cares about gun control - I think she''''s passionate about the ''''home and hearth'''' issues like most of us women are (crime, healthcare, education), I don''''t get the sense that she''''s all that jazzed about confronting terrorists.

Hitlery''s ideas of gun control are similar to Adolph Hitlers, hey name ring a bell. Remember, her husband and Demoncratic controlled congress passed the most restrictive gun control (and mindless) laws ever. Why was the same gun illegal for a cosmetic change? - Reply to this comment

any unbiased person can see the advantages of having this person as our negotiator with other countries, our environmental protector against those who would make our country a moonscape, and our healer who would bring the rich and the poor closer together.
You are right, Edwards would negotiate with other countries. The problem is, IT WOULD BE THE WRONG COUNTRIES! Also, he can''t wait to have a chat with osama bin laden in his cave. Edwards would be the Neville Chamberlain (the Hitler appeaser) of our times. Edwards would sale our country out in a heartbeat, not because he hates America but simply because he is soft and misguided about the extreme views of our enemy. They would blow his children up just like anyone else. And that probably would not convince him either. - Reply to this comment
- Race and gender are politcal issues sadly, but they have always been under the surface in presidential campaigns. The trick now, since both have come center stage in the Dems race, is to appeal to both constituencies without alienating both. Which can be done; does Iowa ring a bell?

- I''''m sorrey that you only see race-baiting on one side of the divide and missed out on 40 years of republican pandering to the worst instincts in people.

You said it -- Faux News is still pandering to the worst instincts in people by inviting Mark Furhman of all people onto their show to comment about the Marine murder investigation. Why Furhman? He proved to the nation that he is nothing but an incompetent racist fool, who helped botch the O.J. trial. Yet, Faux News invites him on the air and gives him a platform, not because he''s qualified to opine, but because he''s a well known racist and its Faux''s way of getting in the face of black people and minorities, in the only way it can, and telling them "hey, we will use the "n" word whenever we want, and there''s nothing you can do about it -- see? we give you Mark Furhman, in all his racist glory -- now, what are you going to do about it?"
Faux''s constituency is a bunch of gun-lovin'' white supremacists, and Faux News is just pooring fuel onto the fire each day. One need only watch Bill O''Reilly for a few minutes before he drops in an indirect, innacurate and unfair racist jab here or there. It''s sickening. But because they are careful to put a token minority reporter and guest in here and there amongst all the made-up blonde reporters and racists, they seem to get away with it. - Reply to this comment
- DO WE ACTUALLY WANT THIS STUPID KIND OF DEBATE FOR THE NEXT 4-8 YEARS?!?
COLIN POWELL, WHO IS IN FACT BLACK, WOULDN''T HAVE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED HILLARY IF THIS STUFF HAPPENED TO HIM IN A PRESIDENTIAL RACE. HE -SHOULD- BE PRESIDENT BECAUSE HE''S EARNED IT BY HIS OWN RECORD.
C''MON, YOU KNOW IT IS TRUE...

- Yes we need to celebrate Poncho Via`s birthday
near March 10th on the anniversary of the Freeing
of Mexican Americans under the oppression of
Spanish Rule, Viva, Viva, Poncho Via.
Poncho Via had a dream that all migrant farm workers
should be free to choose, and that has been a true
inspiration to all of us, we have all grown from his
leadership !

Hmmm, first off it''s Pancho Villa; the double "l" is pronounced as a "y".
Secondly Pancho Villa did nothing to liberate anything except money. He was a bandit and a thief that led raids to victimize those living north of the border, including rape, robbery, murder...etc.
Third, Santa Anna was the Mexican leader that wrested Mexico from Spanish rule.

-Posted by nolalou at 10:09 AM : Jan 16, 2008
No, it''s actually true. You''ll find the video on YouTube. She''s also been captured on video using a fake "Uncle Remus"-type black accent when addressing a black church in the south. That one''s on YouTube as well. - Reply to this comment

- Sorry folks, but race and gender are issues. If you think they are not, then why all the discussions? And please do not blame the media.
Obama supporters talk about Hillary Clinton''s time in the White House as not mattering, but say gender is not as issue.
While Clinton supporters continually bring up race issues, but say race is not an issue.
They are both issues and will have a huge bearing on this democratic election. - Reply to this comment
- UserVerified,
other than item #5 on your list (Hillary voted for the war), the rest of your argument is total BS! She never said MKL day should be renamed LBJ day, not even close! She gave credit to both Martin Luther King & LBJ!
I''ve never heard Hillary use a ''fake southern accent'' , and that claim sounds like total BS to me!
In other words, UserVerified, you are an idiot with out an ounce of common sense! The shame of it is they let jerks like you have the vote! - Reply to this comment
- How did Hillary deal with the USS Cole and first WTC Al-Qaida attack tests? What did she perpose as a response? Or is she just doing the Bush shuffle on raising the fear level, to code orange maybe?

- Well, thank God! What a waste of time to be spending on this non-issue. There are a whole of other, far more important issues to argue about than this one.
