A voye for Huckabee is a vote for right wing religious freaks, creationism taught as science and mandatory Christian prayers in public schools no matter your religion.

A vote for Huckabee is a vote for freedom from huge burdensome government and frivolous lawsuits by overly activist people. People want there leaders to be righteous and somewhat spiritual, not a weak hearted person who has no moral standing. Romney is a good man but most Christians believe Mormons are deceived. Huckabee did well in Iowa but John Mcain will do well after Iowa.

One hopes that, absent a Huckabee campaign effort to defend itself, the media will counter Romney attacks by pointing out how, at Bain Capital, Mr. Romney used offshore corporations to avoid U.S. taxation, and he fee-milked acquired businesses before firing workers and taking them into bankruptcy ( http://snipr.com/romneyoffshore ), to amass his great $250,000,000 wealth.

So, when you compare how Mr. Huckabee''s visionary FairTax advocacy ( http://snipr.com/nextrung ) compares to Romney''s interest in the current tax system, it''s pretty easy to see who will lead us out of tax slavery ( http://snipr.com/taxburden ) - $265 billion annual tax code compliance costs representing 5 billion wasted hours, annually.

I endorse Mike Huckabee because:

Our country was founded by men who believed in God, and were not afraid to practice their religion. By believing, it doesn''''t make Mike Huckabee a bad leader, it makes him a better one. This quote says a lot when you take a moment to think about where we came from:

"George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams, first chief justice John Jay. Names synonymous with the spirit of our country. Founding fathers of the U.S.A. Over 200 years ago they shook of the chains of tyranny from Great Britain, by divine call. Citing 27 biblical violations they wrote the Declaration of Independence, with Liberty and justice for all. But something happened since Jefferson called the bible the cornerstone for American Liberty, then put it in our schools as a light. Or since give me liberty or give me death, Patrick Henry said our country was founded on the gospel of Jesus Christ. We eliminated God from the equation of American life, thus eliminating the reason this Nation first began. From beyond the grave I can hear the voices of our founding fathers plead, you need God in America again. Of the 55 men who formed the constitution, 52 were active members of their church. Founding fathers like Noah Webster who wrote the first dictionary, could literally quote the bible chapter and verse.

(part 2) continued:

James Madison said we''ve staked our future on our ability to follow the Ten Commandments with all our heart. These men believed you couldn''t even call yourself an American, if you subvert the word of God. In his farewell address, Washington said you can''t have National morality apart from religious principal, and it''s true." (Carmen)

I support Mike Huckabee because of what he stands for. He is intelligent, charming, funny, professional, inspiring and a really great guy.

"Wonderful--- You Republicans actually think you can replace the Cowardly Cowboy with Gomer Pyle, da Minister? Try again." excoachKen

Cue the laugh. Next time try to put some thought into your comment instead of just a bunch of sarcasm so you can at least sound intelligent.
Disagree with Bush all you want, but cowardly is not an accurate or deserving description of him and it simply shows your lack of proper respect for the presidential office, regardless of who''s in it. Bush''s approval ratings are the lowest they''ve ever been but he still sticks by what he thinks is the best for the country no matter how unpopular it is. Perhaps he understands what few politicians today understand, that going with the flow always takes you downhill. Whatever the case, he''s not cowardly.
