Moniker man, you are not even remotely funny here. The idiots tried it with the British. They are emboldened by the end game in that episode. Al-Qaeda is defeatedi n Iraq and now is making its pitch for Pakistan. Everyone of you have that glazed over look whenever you read an article of impeach Bush/Chency. It''s that proverbial Bush Derangement Syndrome. Always some *** willing to resurrect it. And concervatives are compassionate. That''s what got them into trouble in the first place.

Though the process has rarely been used, it has never been needed or justified as much as it is right now!
Yet, Nancy Pelosi began her term as Speaker of the House of Representatives by announcing ''''Impeachment was off the table'''', thus giving the corrupt president a free hand in his last two years in office!

It will never happen. You can sit there and turn blue, but it will never come to pass. Why? Because there ain''t anything to impeach. Pewlosi knows it and to attempt it would be anarchy.

Five Iranian Revolutionary Guard speed boats %u2014 described as "cigarette" boats %u2014 charged at the three U.S. Navy ships sailing in the Strait of Hormuz early Sunday en route to the Persian Gulf.

The Iranian boats came within 200 yards of the U.S. ships %u2014 a cruiser, a frigate and a destroyer that U.S. officials said were on a routine transport mission.

The U.S. ships were forced to take defensive action to avoid striking the close-by Iranian boats and armed their weapons, but neither side fired any shots.

Where are your brains. Do you think all these things are just smoke and mirrors? Demented pagans.

Impeach Bush and cheney? What a joke! Not so long as Nancy "impeachment-is-not-on-the-table" Pelosi is around. She''s no Republican, but by golly, she sure knows which side her bread is buttered.

"At age 85, I won''t be around to witness the completion of the difficult rebuilding of our sorely damaged country, but I''d like to hold on long enough to see the healing begin."

You never know, George.

The fastest growing group in Japan is the 100+ crowd.

It"s not unheard of for Japanese to reach 120.

I usually have to nudge the CBSNews cookie and ad loader to publish the previous posts.

It falls asleep at the drop of a hat.

If this "president" thinks he can circumvent our Constitution by secret "presidential statements", written by cheney and his attack dog addington, saying he''ll do whatever he pleases -

then we can only do thing: throw the dogs out !

I serious contend that after these last seven years of waste and squandering of our nation''s sons, treasury, reputation, and security -

the impeachment of these blunderers would be a fitting finale of the Disasterous Duo.

And America could be proud of itself if she does it!

So, you think we should all lay down like blind sheep, like you do and just let these crooks rape and pillage our country and others?

Don''t ask questions? Just follow blindly?

Turn a blind eye when you see illegal acts?

Allow them to destroy evidence of illegal acts?

Allow them to genocide the peoples of other countries?

Allow them to promote terrorism? Torture? Illegal detainment of citizens and ''people of interest''?

So, we should just applaud him and act like he''s our hero?

Where is your brain?

"That''''s about the only thing the left wingnuts can come up with while they have endlessly and recklessly violated the Constitution non stop, it is of course, Bush/Cheney that have committed high crimes and misdemeanors." Posted by mudrose

That should be enough for any sane person to call for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney, the constitution clearly says that it is enough.

I, and many others, would respect the advice of one who served his country in war and peace for his whole life -

before we''d give any attention to someone who has evidently never served anything except his hollow opinion.

Maybe Bush and Cheney are worse, but there is no smoking gun in this case.

a whole lot of people say the opposite;

1 example: illegal wiretaping of Americans without FISA approval - prior authorization is mandatory by federal law.

The man obviously forgot to take his Aricept. That''s about the only thing the left wingnuts can come up with while they have endlessly and recklessly violated the Constitution non stop, it is of course, Bush/Cheney that have committed high crimes and misdemeanors. McGovern needs to take his medicine and go back to sleep. We didn''t need him then and we certainly don''t need him now. More inciteful garbage. They never stop their stupid mantra.

"McGovern also called the case for impeaching Mr. Bush and Cheney "far stronger" than what was the case against President Nixon and Vice President Spiro T. Agnew after the 1972 election."

McGovern forgets that Nixon almost wasn"t forced into resignation. It wasn"t until the "smoking gun" tape revealed him counselling his aides to commit perjury in the Oval Office, that his Republican supporters in Congress abandoned him -- all but one holdout, who said "Don"t confuse me with the facts. I"m supporting the Presidennt."

Maybe Bush and Cheney are worse, but there is no smoking gun in this case.
