Clinton Draws Criticism From Rivals During Radio Debate In Wake Of Report On Iranian Nukes
- And Senator Clinton position on Iraq when not being distorted has always been to ratchet down the machismo chest thumping, know that they are a threat and that they need to end killing our soldiers in Iraq, not confusion no evasion no saber rattling, a pragmatic approach to protecting our soldiers remember them..

And that will never happen, in 08 the unethical dishonest true red threat the Republican Subversives in Congress, who for purely partisan reasons continue to block the work of the Peoples, will be wiped out by a blue and white wave. The American people are engaged and completely reject the GOP, their greed, their largess on our backs, their lying, their manipulation the culture of corruption, perversion, hate and fear, they are everything that is not America.
The truth and facts always hard for the RNC BOTS lay it out, the President and Vice President lied again to America, their attempt to inflame the America People again with fear of an imminent threat a mushroom cloud, WWIII, now discredited completely as another lie or at best utter incompetence in Office.
The discussion is over folks the Iran NIE is the last straw as if one was needed. And not a peep again from any Republican Representatives or Senators or Candidates nothing on this most recent betrayal.

- It''s deja vu all over again. The Bush Derangement Syndrome lefties are all out in full force. See, when Bush believed the Intel on Iraq he was lying. Now he disputes the Intel on Iran and well, surprise, surprise, he''s lying. The new Intel now gave Iran the ability to start up its program with impunity. Suspension does not mean cessation. But the lefties have it all figured out. Wish you people would stop kissing George Soros''s azz.

- Debunking Iran''s Nuclear Program: Another ''Intelligence Failure'' -- On the Part of the Press?
Iraqi WMD redux: The release of the NIE throwing cold water on oft-repeated claims of a rampant Iranian nuclear weapons program has chastened public officials and policymakers who have promoted this line for years. But many in the media have made these same claims, often extravagantly.
By Greg Mitchell
NEW YORK (December 04, 2007) -- Press reports so far have suggested that the belated release of the National Intelligence Estimate yesterday throwing cold water on oft-repeated claims of a rampant Iranian nuclear weapons program has deeply embarrassed, or at least chastened, public officials and policymakers who have promoted this line for years. Gaining little attention so far: Many in the media have made these same claims, often extravagantly, which promoted (deliberately or not) the tubthumping for striking Iran.

Surely you remember Sen. John McCain''s inspired Beach Boys'' parody, a YouTube favorite, "Bomb-bomb-bomb, Bomb-bomb Iran"? That was the least of it. You could dance to it and it had a good beat. Not so for so much of the press and punditry surrounding the bomb. Who can forget Norman Podhoretz''s call for an immediate attack on Iran, in the pages of the Wall Street Journal last May, as he argued that "the plain and brutal truth is that if Iran is to be prevented from developing a nuclear arsenal, there is no alternative to the actual use of military force -- any more than there was an alternative to force if Hitler was to be stopped in 1938."
As I''ve warned in this space for years, too many in the media seemed to fail to learn the lessons of the Iraqi WMD intelligence failure -- and White House propaganda effort -- and instead, were repeating it, re: Iran. This time, perhaps, we may have averted war, with little help from most of the media. In this case, it appears, the NIE people managed to resist several months of efforts by the administration to change their assessment. If only they had stiffened their backbones concerning Iraq in 2002. - Reply to this comment
- Nothing has changed on Iran. The administrations interest in Iran & nukes is a smoke screen for their real agenda. Their true interests are Cheney''s energy policy. Part of that policy is the The Caspian Sea pipeline which goes through Turkmenistan, Afghanistan,Pakistan,India & Nepal. It will be cheaper to construct if they can go through part of Iran, but regime change is necessary first. The Caspian sea area holds one third of the world''s oil and south asian oil markets are their target market. This pipeline was also the reason for the Afghanistan invasion. Cheney''''s energy policy is the root of all these middle east wars, a federal court judge sealed all documents associated with it for the administration, and the national media are not allowed to discuss or comment on it. More troops are needed in Afghasnistan to protect the contractors building the pipeline. Iran stands in the way and is now in the crosshairs. China said there would be dire consequences if the US interfered with there direct oil contracts with Iran. Both parties in the Congress should be very concerned with China''s growing war machine and need for oil. They are the real threat & the administration doesn''t care they are in control!!! All that matters to them is BIG OIL and their corporate stock portfolios. Greed & gain as they worship the god of money.

- I don''t think we should TRUST anyone but we certainly need a leader who at least will tell us the TRUTH!! Do you, even for a minute, think that the Intel Chief came in, told Bush he had changes in the Iran info and Bush didn''''t ask him want that was? Really? We can disagree on Iran, Iraq and the Middle East, we''''re supposed to, but the INCOMPETENCE of Bush and the Republican Party in leading us during this period?? That we can not accept nor agree on!!!

Being President of a free nation and open society is hard. In closed society''s leaders do not have to answer to their citizens like in a democratic society. Every U.S. President has the same problem, keeping Americans informed without keeping America''s enemies informed! Sometimes U.S. Presidents will intentionally lie to Americans to throw America''s enemies off. This has always been a major complaint from Vice Pres. Cheney, letting the enemy know what our plans are. Pres. Bush also receives daily intelligence reports and makes decisions with information none of us have access to. The bottom line is elect people that can be trusted, maybe Americans will do a better job researching future candidates before they pull that voting lever! - Reply to this comment
- I disagree. The American People KNOW Hillary and they have already been through a Witch Hunt conducted by the Republican''''s. Posted by skyk"
Yeah sure, we respect Hillary for standing up to the GOP culture of corruption when she was attacked but we condemn her votes on Iraq and the traitorous "patriot" act.
In contrast Congressman Ron Paul voted no both times and he''s a Republican!! - Reply to this comment
- Blaming the Democrats for the actions of the Republican''''s and Bush is plain STUPID! They have tried time after time to get some sort of Withdrawal and the Republican''''s have completely IGNORED the will of the people. That''''s the fault of the Democrats? You sound like you want us to vote the people back in who have used EVERY trick in the book to prevent the Democrats from doing what they were elected to do... that''''s rediculous. The VOTES are not there, the MAJORITY they need is NOT THERE. There is a dead tie in the Senate with Lieberman voting with the Republican''''s on this issue. Let''''s stop being rediculous here.

Bull, if the Democrats can cut off funding now, they could have cut off funding in 2006 like the American people elected them to do. What''s different between now and 2006? Nothing. - Reply to this comment
- And finally, should the World trust an Iran that did it before and might do it again? Everyone is anxious to beat up the Bush administration for its posture on Irans nuclear program but the NIE does not let Iran completely off the hook either, what it shows is that Iran lied about its nuclear intentions and nuclear weapons program in the past and may lie about it again!
