It''s no surprise that Huckabee is passing Romney & Guliani by. He''s a positive person who campaigns on ideas rather than dirt, which is what mostly makes him seem like a Democrat to some Republicans.

There have been very few moments in this campaign season when a candidate has made me want to stand up and cheer; one of those was Huckabee''s response to Romney that we are a better country than to punish children for what their parents do.

Romney & Guliani are the two biggest scum bag hypocritical dirt throwing ppolls in the race and the GOP would do well to avoid them like the plague.

But if they choose to nominate either one of them I''ll be ok with it.

Give me a break, if you think that an MBA Harvard degree got Pres. Bush elected (he had a C average...not something you''''d really brag about) or that it has anything to do with our country''''s current economic posture your misinformed.

I would have thought the first "CEO" president would have had enough sense not to run his company/country like Enron, I would have thought he would have picked up that business acumen from Harvard, my bad.

I agree titoj. I wonder who decides the cnn debate format. The questions they chose for RP made it too obvious of their bias. Considering he won the most straw polls, and wins every debate. It also was pretty obvious that cnn is pushing Huckabee now. Rudy and Mitt''s support is dropping, while Huck and Ron Paul are gaining. Yet, cnn gave Huckabee the most time/questions. They gave more time to Hunter and Tancredo than Ron Paul even though they are lower in their so called polls. They been trying to suppress the message of peace. We cannot afford this war. Why have they not showed pictures of all the innocent children killed in Iraq? Because they want to setup camp in Iraq before too much anti war sentiment goes around. Yet with the internet you can find the truth of what is going on. Ugh.

So many foreigners say that americans r dumb, brainwashed by tv media. Our major media is owned by 5 conglomerates, who have been bought yrs ago to control r information.Tv is almost all pro war,yet the majority of us want out of Iraq.We r there 4 aipac, the world bank,oil,contractors(Haliburton,Bechtel,Whitewater)-all non competetive contracts.Cheney''s stock has made a ton on the war(250k at start, now he''s got 8mil).All of the candidates u people r talking about r pro war(dems keep funding also),pro big business, and r running 4 pres with money from corporations.1 man is not running with corporate money, has never sold out or pandered 2 voters by flip flopping. He says what he means,is honest and his 20 years voting record is proof of this.He is running only on donations by the us citizen(most cannot afford 2 donate, yet do). This man that represents the citizen is RON PAUL.The majority of intelligent americans know that the others do not represent any1 but themselves & special interests. They r selling out r country and so many have no clue. With the internet they cant control r media like they used 2.All the others(dem. and repub) are in the same club, the CFR.They have big plans, world gov.,n american union, illegal alien amnesty, etc.R constitutional rights have been under attack, dismantled by these people u keep voting 4. Big business uses r military 2 do the dirty work around the world.Unbiased information is out there on the internet if u look 4 it.

i cannot believe that these polls are not manipulated. huckabee might as well be a democrat with his tax increases in arkansas and his pro immigration stance. republicans do not want illegal immigration and they do not want tax increases!!!

Mike Huckabee is not racist and would not Preach from the Oval Office, there is no indication he Preached from the Governors office, so why would anyone expect that? Mike Huckabee strikes me as more of an Independent than a Republican. I like Huckabee because he''s a nice person, a rare bird in Politics these days, no more mean people!

It really doesn''t matter who is in the lead, the point is that the Republicans stand for unapologetic, unregulated corruption, mixed with obfuscation tactics like "racial" and religious intolerance, and "macho man" war worship. A Republican vote is a vote for further human devolution.

The Democrats just settle for the corruption, but they at least spare us the ugliness of the open advocation of the other principles listed above. A vote for the Democrats is a vote to still lose your money, but at least we can say no to "racism" and all the other "isms".

Give me a break, if you think that an MBA Harvard degree got Pres. Bush elected (he had a C average...not something you''d really brag about) or that it has anything to do with our country''s current economic posture your misinformed.

Mitt Romney on the contrary was a Baker Scholar, the highest honor given to MBA graduates at Harvard. Look at what he did at Bain Capital it went from $1 million to more than $40 billion during his tenure. He took the 2002 Olympics from a $300+ million deficit to a $100 million profit in less than 3 years! While govenor of Massachussets he completely elimated a $3 billion deficit!

He''s got everything: smarts, tons of highly successful leadership experience, a role model family almost a throw back to "Leave it to Beaver" or "My Three Sons". It''d be nice for a change to have a president whose marriage and family are highly functional and where people can give pause and think, "what a nice family".

Mitt Romney is a class act and it is amazing that someone of his caliber is willing to put himself and family throught all this. He is by far the most capable person we''ve had running for president in decades. Even Bill Clinton with his Rhode Scholar doesn''t have as good a resume as Mitt Romney and I don''t think I need to go into the moral differences.
