The bill failed to place a priority on low-income children, did not effectively bar illegal immigrants from qualifying for benefits and was overly generous to adults. Your tax dollars are work. SCHIP for everybody but the poor.

Apparently none of you can grasp the concept. This SCHIP ***** is not about poor kids. It''s about getting middle income families to opt out of their own healthcare in favor of government sponsored healthcare. Bush is telling this idiots, cover the poor kids first.
