Yep, by the nut jobs at Landmark Legal Foundation.

At present, Landmark Legal Foundation bills itself as "the only public interest legal group - from the right or the left - to use the Lewis Libby prosecution by Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald to raise the issue of abuse of the "appointments clause:" in the U.S. Constitution to circumvent constitutional limitations on the power of the federal government to investigate suspected violations of federal law."

On August 17, 2007, Landmark filed a Amicus Curiae brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals, DC Circuit, supporting Lewis Libby''s argument that the appointment of Patrick J. Fitzgerald, US Attorney of the Northern District of Illinois, as Special Prosecutor in the CIA leak investigation violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution. Landmark also filed a motion for permission to file the amicus brief, the same day.

On August 20, 2007, the appeals court granted the motion to file the amicus brief.

Landmark has posted the amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief, more than 30 pages long, on its web site. The same argument was made before the U.S. District Court and was rejected by Judge Reggie B. Walton; the amicus brief requests that the lower court''s decision be overturned.

I have read about the 9 errors in the Gore film. Funny how it hasn''t really been made into an issue in the news here. Of course, the liberal media wants to make sure and keep the alarmist global warming forefront in Americans minds - even if some of it is total BS.

I just really love how people like Gore and celebrities want to "fight" for our environment and tell average Americans what we should and should not drive; how we can cut our electric bills and save the Earth! Yet they live in these huge mansions that expend way more energy than average American homes; they jet set around the globe; take private jets and private helicopters when they need to.

Please! It''s pathetic and the last thing we need is Gore as a president. As much as I don''t like Bush and he has been the worst president ever - Gore would suck at it too.

You''re forgetting about Dolly Madison, Eleanor Roosevelt and Nancy Pelosi.

In 2009 Hillary will repeat.

Only one person has ever won both a Nobel Prize and an Academy Award: the Irish dramatist George Bernard Shaw. Gore would be the second, if he wins.

How to MAKE America Unite on Global Warming??

The Clinton - Gore Findings!

Humanity is the Scourge of this Queer Phenomenon. We are just consuming to much. In order to Save The Planet, Do not allow Babies to be BORN of any Race in this Country or Others.

Use the aborted fetuses (Babies), by whatever means, for Live (is it??) Stem Cell Research. Our present Congress will go along with us on this brilliant plan.

Make Grass legal for OUR Grassroots Gang as we call them. By smoking an inhaling we can then come up with some more brilliant solutions. Like trying to fool all the people all the time. We don''t have far to go.

CACKLE CACKLE CACKLE

Judge attacks nine errors in Al Gore''s ''alarmist'' climate change film
A controversial documentary on climate change which has been sent to thousands of schools has been criticised by a High Court judge for being ''alarmist'' and ''exaggerated''.
Mr Justice Burton said former US vice-president Al Gore''s film, An Inconvenient Truth, was ''one-sided'' and would breach education rules unless accompanied by a warning.
Despite winning lavish praise from the environmental lobby and an Oscar from the film industry, Mr Gore''s documentary was found to contain ''nine scientific errors'' by the judge.
These inconvenient untruths included the claim that the snows on Mount Kilimanjaro were disapearing and solely due to the global warming and that sea levels will rise up to 20 feet in the near future.
