- I did not read all the comments but unless you have enough votes to override a veto your not going anywhere. That is where the problem is. Sure the dems have 1 or 2 more but that is far from enough to make a veto proof bill. A pull out or time table bill will just be vetoed by bush and you just wasted a whole bunch of time and money on something that was going nowhere. So much for the two party system
