opditch,

Why''s Fred the man of YOUR time? Because he''s a super lobbyist who does the dirty work of asbestos manufacterers. If John Edwards is an ambulance chaser, what''s Fred, a child killer?

Debates mean nothing. A forum to tell their lies and make promises none of them ever intend on keeping. Besides I think it would be moreinteresting to have the CEO''s of the big Corporations debate since they actually choose the President. Remember money talks and Bull walks. It doesn''t matter if it''s a Democrat or Republican in office. Billy Clinton ia a Democrat and he sold out to big business just like all the others. Remember NAFTA? He was a huge supporter of that and signed it into law. Now this lacky bush is implementing it''s dirty little secrets. The next Lacky will finish off America with the stroke of a pen.NEW WORLD ORDER

Sorry to say it like this, but even debates don''t matter. This country is run by the war profiteers, and they have the money to buy anyone in the WH, or kill anyone in their way. It doesn''t matter if the president is Hillary, Barack, Thompson, Paul, or any of them, the only difference will be the superficial peripheral rhetoric, but there will be no real change. See how fast Pelosi was bought off after becoming the first female House Speaker.

Now Hillary seems to be on the way in, she voted for the war, then says she regrets that vote, but now you can be sure she has already been read the riot act, so expect the war to continue even under a Democratic administration.

It has been proven by Bush that vote fraud will occur to insure that the war profiteers puppet sits in the WH, their stooge could get one vote out of 150 million, you have no way of knowing the true numbers, still the stooge will be the next prez.

It''ll be interesting to see if Thompson steps up to the plate and accepts the challenge, or chicken out like a wimp.

I don''t really think it matters who we nominate this time - or who THEY nominate either. The Grand Old Party is going down, big time in ''08. I think that everybody is DC knows it too.

You''ll notice Huckabee offered his acceptance to debate the man who offered it and who happens to be the man to be measured against for POTUS.

The others are not ready or never will be ready to be measured for the highest office of the land.

Mike should send Ron Paul a letter too. They need to continue their debate. If they could get it aired, it would give both of them excellent coverage and get their messages out to the American voters. Looks like that will be the only way candidates that are not on the so called top tier will get to be heard. Mike, get a letter out right away why don''t you. We want to heard what you and Ron Paul have to say!

The American public is getting shortchanged because of the process, to be specific the need to raise millions of dollars. We have already lost some voices that should have been heard because of it. And we may really get shortchanged with the new primary calendar, the media has yet to spotlight those problems. So before we get Hillary shoved down our throat as the annointed one, maybe we should switch debate formats. C-span, public television or a cable outlet such as CNBC would be the obvious media channel.
