I understand your sentiment. However, until we have public financing to level the playing field so that ethical people can compete and not be steamrolled over by the money machine and the tv time it buys.

The good ol'' boy/gal system is costing us far more in taxes with all the pork bought and paid for that public financing would pay for itself and fairly quickly.
