What exactly was the crime according to federal or state code? All the allegations of this seemingly ego manic law enforcement officer do not support any type of actual crime according to the books.... Putting ones hand palm up is not a crime. The law enforcement officer needs to go back to basic training....

For one his whole statement seems tailored and fabricated like an essay he has prepared and uses, secondly he does seem to be trying to entrap - I mean what exactly is he doing in the bathrooms all this time - sitting on a stall with his pants down for hours at a time - it seems weird and flaky and he looks homosexual to me so it is just a little off.
Beyond that doesn''t he have some crimes with actual victims to fight in the city or something better to waste taxpayers money on? I really have not seen any *** going on in any of the public bathrooms I have been in and I don''t really think it is a serious problem to try to entice people into anything like that - again the actions of the law enforcement officer seem weird... What Craig is accused of does not seem like a crime accroding to the laws of MN....
