Funny? Depending on what side of the practical joke you''re on. I don''t think Karl thinks it''s too funny. On the other hand, he may have a sense of humor about it, except for the Obama thing. We did this to one of our co-workers, not his car but his workstation on the last day he was there. He thought it was funny because he said we get to clean it up. Not exactly the greatest example of humor on the planet but what can it hurt. Karl probably just paid someone to un-wrap the car while he rented from Enterprise. No big deal. Fun and games in D.C. This is the kinda news all america loves. Nobody gets hurt and we all have a good laugh at the expense of someone else.

If you can still get COX motor fuel, for model airplanes/cars...etc. Pour some of that in a gas tank, about one can worth. It''s like JP8, makes a real pretty 2ft blue flame out the tail pipe when you "romp on it".

Rove isn''t known for his sense of humor, so if this is an example, it''s pretty lame. If it''s Secret Service humor, on the other hand, it''s brilliant and I highly approve. Bush/Rove/Cheney have no friends anywhere, so the "investigation" into this one might become a cold case...
