Democrats Worry Sen. Clinton Is Too Polarizing For The Party's Success
- The people understand that the country can not afford another republican.

Did you bother reading the story?
It may be true that the nation is tired of Republicans, but, Hillary Clinton is not a suitable alternative.
Hillary's negatives are not going to improve and if Dems are stupid enough to nominate her to be their candidate, they can kiss the White House and Congress goodbye.
I would vote for any Republican, including Bush, before I would vote for Hillary.
And, I consider Bush to be the worst & most corrupt president in history. Electing Hillary would make him second worst and corrupt. - Reply to this comment
- tuckerndfw, Do you care to offer some info to support your remark about Hillary shoveling money to her gay and feminist friends. I'm not saying that it's not true, I've just noticed that you tend to make blanket and scandelous charges without any supporting info.

- the current president: he simply too stupid to recognize the right course of action even after it has been pointed out to him time and again. Posted by jairod at 10:49 AM : Aug 13, 2007
..Jarirod, our President isn't that stupid he got your hero's in our Do-Nothing Democrat Congress to "validate" going all the way back to the beginning his "wiretapping" NSA program.
Thanks Democrats for the "validation". Now who's the stupid ones?
FYI, only two Senators have ever been elected in all of American history. So take out ALL the Senators from either party that's running and in the balance you will find our next president. How's that sound? - Reply to this comment
- There are only two people in this campaign that have clear thoughts on the issues: Hillary and John Mc. Hillary has more guts than any of the men simply because she has her vision clear of any testosterone. One has but to read the disparaging remarks about her from some others that opine in this forum to see how rediculously scared they are that she is,in fact, right, and I might add, right on. So, you little boys with so much fear that you clutch your privates at night to get the sense that you are safe, be very afraid because the truth will win out even if she should not be elected. Just look at the truth of the current president: he simply too stupid to recognize the right course of action even after it has been pointed out to him time and again. When you deny the truth you become the victim of your own folly. So, nay sayers: when you write vehement diatribes, remember that you reap what you sow.

Infidel_US,
Clinton couldn't fire the prosecutors because they were independent. The Congress did away with the special prosecutor law because of Ken Starr's abuse and now the White House can break any law they want and get away with it so long as their AG protects them. - Reply to this comment
- Will Hillary Hurt The Rest Of The Ticket?
.....Yeah ! Hillary Rotten Clinton isn't qualified to be president. She's the junior Senator from NY and has only six years experience. She's never run a business and the USA is the largest enterprise on the planet.
The Dems really don't have any candidates that are qualified and they are all way off to the "left" of the American public.
Anyone who gets in the way of the Clinton machine like Obama and Edwards will be crushed. The GOP at this point doesn't have to do or say anything. - Reply to this comment
- BarbJC1,
I respectfully disagree that the reservations people have about Hillary are related to her gender. There are plenty of capable women who I belive would be better suited than her. A couple of prime examples which come to mind are Janet Napalitano and Kathleen Sebelius, both of whom are among the most popular Governors in America and who represent the most reliable of red states.
Hillary has a lot of baggage and not just among independent and Republican men. She has a great deal of baggage among the progressive Democratic women that I know and the ones that they know.
She's being pushed hard by the media precisely because she's the candidate who gives the Republicans the most hope.
Besides, the country has had enough of the Bush & Clinton families and desparately needs new leadership that will turn the page. - Reply to this comment
- I am so sick of hearing the comments about Hillary Clinton, the men in this country are bad mouthing her because she is female and has the gumption to speak out. Women of this country, do your homework and find out what we went through just to get the "RIGHT TO VOTE". Instead of bombing her, no prejudice intended, the Democratic party better look at Barack Hussein Obama's "friends".

- Tucker, you are about as independent as Harriet Meier.

Thank you for demonstrating my point about her divisive nature.
Can't suppport your candidate, attack her opponents.
That sounds very familiar, seems I've heard that somewhere else before. - Reply to this comment
- Perhaps, then, it is time for her to bow out. I am sure, so many would agree, it is for the best. The fact that they spin this to sound as if it is because she will drag others down confirms once again, that admitting she is WRONG for the USA, to begin with, would be just too much for their ego's.

- I agree 100%! She is a train wreck waiting to happen. When the REAL election gets going and the republicans pull out the campaign ads pointing out her lies, it's going to be GLORIOUS!! :)

We agree.
Repubs would love for Dems to nominate Hillary.
That's their best hope for retaining the White House and regaining Congress. I suspect Repubs are shoveling as much money at her campaign as they are at their own candidates.
I don't know how she plays anywhere else, but in my neighborhood she's viewed with less favor than OBL. - Reply to this comment
- Hillary's reputation is well known. And, it is one of corruption, lying, and catering to her own little cabal of special interests, which are dominated by homosexuals and feminists.

- In 1994, Hillary Clinton agitated for the "Violence Against Women Act" (VAWA).
Which shoveled one billion (reduced to $800 million by Congress) US taxpayer dollars to her feminist friends so they could finance their "we hate men" campaign.
Hillary Clinton shovels money to her homosexual and feminist friends the same way Bush shovels money to his evangelical and Catholic friends. - Reply to this comment
- That was a scandal-wannabe - nothing came of that multi-million dollar investigation by republicans.

Probably cause Clinton FIRED the US Attorneys working on the investigation. But you're tooooo busy whining about Gonzales and Bush's 8 to worry about trivial things like that. - Reply to this comment

It has nothing to do with race or gender.
Hillary's reputation is well known. And, it is one of corruption, lying, and catering to her own little cabal of special interests, which are dominated by homosexuals and feminists.
I am an independent, consider Bush to be the worst and most corrupt president in US history. But he is superior to Hillary Clinton. - Reply to this comment
- Being the first woman seriously in contention for the presidency is bound to be polarizing - get past it. Think Golda Meier, Margaret Thatcher, Indira Ghandi. The time is now.
