I certianly am no fan of Guiliani and am against illegal amnesty. Still.... one can't help notice the attack posture and sleazoid tactics and twisted spin focus of Romney. He twists and lies about his own views and DARES to castigate others. This is the man who hired illegals to work in his yard, right?

The GOP need not fret over the true "Republicaness" of Romney. With his lies, twists, spin, double standards, smear tactics and bogus piety....he most definitely is a Republicn through and through.

Neither of these clowns are fit to clean Ron Paul's boots. Across both parties he has the only sensible policies I have yet heard, this guy represents the Last Chance we have. The current disasters cut right across party politics, only honesty and wisdom can pull us out of this mess irrespective of left right or centre. I believe this guy is good, go check him out.

drivelphobe,

The only way that Mitt will have a positive effect on the immigration problem is if he gets that varmint gun McCain spoke of and picks off the gardeners on his lawn.

However, the GOP is now nohting more than a regional party of the original Confederate States, plus Kentucky.

I am origanlly from Kentucky and now live most of the time in Florida. From what I am hearing from family that is still in KY we are going to try and do something about that reputation by ditching Mitch McConnel in the next election. Even his rubber stamping for W has gotten on their nerves! Hopefully Jim Bunning will follow Mitch out of Washington.

Mitt and Rudy are clearly preferable to the Clintons.
My dogs @ss is preferable to the Clintons.

Besides, American's won't vote for more Fascism and Corporatism.
Don't be so quick to judge, you overestimate the intelligence and memory of the majority of American voters.

You live in a delusional land of self-centeredness and greed, same as all GOPigs! Your party of hypocrits and belligerent white males is done on a national level in the USA! Get a life, LOSER!

Why is it Southern Fascist always find someone to hate for THEIR mistakes. If they do not vote for fascist to run our government then all the great jobs American's once had are still there and the dishwasher jobs we are fighting about do not matter. Sieg Heil Y'all.

Mitt and Rudy are clearly preferable to the Clintons.

Only to you, and likely the other members of the once National GOP. However, the GOP is now nohting more than a regional party of the original Confederate States, plus Kentucky. 12 states won't win the presidency for your regaional party. Besides, American's won't vote for more Fascism and Corporatism. You live in a delusional land of self-centeredness and greed, same as all GOPigs! Get back to the point. You vote for a GOP candidate because you want a strong economy and a little moral fiber.

Posted by ClubbieTim at 10:03 AM : Aug 09, 2007

What planet are you living on? We are 1 trillion in debt to China and factories are moving out of the country at a record pace. Are you talking about those high paying jobs at 7/11 and Taco Bell?
As far as moral fiber, can you say, come here little boy Foley, or how about the third time may be a charm Rudy, or may be it's I know your dying but I'm leaving you Newt. The list can go on and on from both sides, so stop it with the moral high ground. It just shows how full of *** you and your party are.

It is perfectly believable that the politicians aren't enforcing the immigration laws...the Establishment wants the North American Union. The Establishment is working towards that goal-- Remember the Bank of America's no-ID policy for opening checking accounts, the ease with which illegals could get housing loans, etc....they wanted to make it impossible for the immigration laws to be enforced.

The trans-Texas corridor and like links will open the border to Chinese goods unloaded with cheap labour at Mexican ports and transported by Mexican drivers to a Kansas City Mexican customs area. I'm sure Teamsters, Clerks and Checkers and Longshoremen aren't concern...Like the autoworkers and the steelworkers...I'm sure they won't be affected...:)

Immigration laws are just to the sheeple thinking that the borders are protected...as Ron White says, "You can't fix Stupid."

Incidentally, if it takes Mitt Romney to convince anyone that Guiliani shouldn't be president...God help 'em...

ClubbieTim....

Mitt and Rudy are clearly preferable to the Clintons. Mitt has a lot of strong points, so I'm still listening. He would have a real positive effect on the illegal alien problem and our border security. There sure isn't anyone in the GOP looking great as far as I'm concerend, but the night is young.

parrot2...

Again, be thankful, but beware, it can happen anywhere. As you know from the news, these problems are showing up all over the country. If the immigration was orderly and legal, it would make all the difference. I know this country can do it right, but it is frustrating and baffling why it's taking so long. It might be too late for Los Angeles and that's a shame. If it starts in your area, be pro-active and attempt to stop it before your city goes sanctuary. You'll feel like moving, but sometimes there's nowhere to go.

I think Mitt and Rudy would make a good GOP ticket. Let's face it, Ron Paul, inspite of his craziness, won't come close and I'd rather have these two than Clinton & Gore II.

Until the border is secure, what's the point? DC politicians can't get that done, so futher the argument...

As far as Mitt's son's go, isn't this a free country? So who is it to undermine, what someone's son's do? I can barely control my two year, I don't think I stand a chance when he's in his teens. To say that his son's should do x,y, and z is not the American way, but to *** about it is...

Get back to the point. You vote for a GOP candidate because you want a strong economy and a little moral fiber - Romney as president will make us richer and frankly I don't crare what his goofy son's are or not doing (just so long as they're not shooting up cocaine ala W, Chelsey, and W's kids)

If Mitt convinces me Rudy is unworthy I should be able to vote against him without having to vote for Mitt, implying support that may not exist. A no column and the highest net yes wins would let all those with more negative than positive views of those running cast an honest vote that is less spinnable. The result would reflect more reality than the yes only polls and ballots that restrict 50% of voter freedom of expression.

Ozone_baby is correct, at least in Los Angeles, another sanctuary city under the control of Mayor La Raza philanderer Antonio Villar. I don't know where you are parrot2, but be thankful if you aren't where most of your citiy's resources go into the groveling mouths of illegals, along with free healthcare, education and meals for their disrespectful offspring in public schools, and where you see blight and poverty just like Mexico, springing up in what were once nice areas of the city. Spanish signage everywhere and the babbling of in-your-face non-English everywhere. It is unbelievable that these politicians aren't enforcing our laws just to somehow get some votes. Let them see what happens this time around when America wakes up to the chicanery.

I don't care for either one of these candidates, but NYC is a national disgrace for the sanctuary city Giuliani has allowed and promoted. The illegal alien issue is going to surface as the main issue it is, and these open-border, illegal alien-loving politicians will go the way of McCain, right down the toilet. That's what they deserve, ignoring the will of the American taxpayer. Didn't they get the picture after the massive defeat of the Shamnesty? No more sanctuary cities, and deport these invading, criminal illegals now. Let's get our economy back on track so hardworking Americans can earn a living wage. The illegals have to go. Businesses will then hire decent employees who understand our system, our language and provide the skills necessary to perform the jobs correctly. I am sick and tired of the substandard work of illegals, whether it's bridge construction, gardening, or food preparation. They are cheap labor, with no training and certainly no ability to conform with the expectations of anyone except a scumbag, greedy employer. Deport them all now.

I don't care where it comes from, if the shoe fits ---- and it does!! Giuliani sure isn't the only one who has contributed to creating a safe haven for illegals, but he is one of them. It's time to stop this influx, and secure our borders. We certainly cannot believe this government is serious about fighting a 'war on terror' when there is no real effort to fight illegal immigration. No one knows just how many terrorists have already utilized our poor security to enter the country.

Romney supports the war but he has 5 sons NONE of whom are in the military, but they are all "supporting their country" by campaigning FOR HIM!

Even the Queen of England's grandsons are in the British military, but Romney must feel he is better than the British monarchy!

It is pathetic at how those who say they support the war, won't have their kids (or themselves) serving their country by putting on a uniform and marching to the front to fight. In WWII, even movie actors like Clark Gable (who went into the army AS A PRIVATE!), Robert Montgomery, and JImmy Stewert went into the military and fought Hitler. I don't see any movie actors or sons of politicians (Emperor Bush included), marching off to defend their country.

Those who want war, but won't go off to fight are COWARDS, PERIOD!

i don't believe anything that comes out of the mouths of any politician! But I wish SOMEONE would do something about the immigration problems in this country. I work 50 hours a week to support my family, but if I was mexican all I would have to do is pop out another kid inside US borders, and then go stand in the welfare line and get free medical, free education for my kids and food stamps ( meanwhile I'M still illeagal) all on the tax payers dime.

Mitt sounds like S.....t. He's all bull shavings. Speaking about bulls, you all have to see the video footage...Battle at Kruger... on youtube or ngcwild.com. It's Nature doing its thing. It's a must to see if you enjoy wildlife, not the party kind.
