Yes, it is a bit scarey when the "simpletons" are being heard; isn't it? I'd bet that your job has something to do with the spreading of right-wing rhetoric --is that correct? Unfortunately for you, many of these so called "democrats" that you speak of, are actually republicans, and moderates. Name some Swastika Breath. Come on pull out that Magic Swastika there and give us some numbers. I've been in Labor Law for over 30 years and YOU sir are a NAZI LIAR. There are NO laws to protect workers from Mean, arbitrary, wrong headed and inferior Boss's. That Boss can fire you for ANY reason they find necessary UNLESS you are a minority or fall under the Civil Rights Act, which has been weekened so much by Fascist Courts they are almost non existent. perception5 none of the federal, state, or local laws project workers from wothless manager or bosses. They basically only cover hiring/firing discrimination and work place harrassment (sexual, racial, etc, etc). In Nevada (a right to work state) unless your job is protected by a collective bargining aggreement they can fire you without cause, they DO NOT need a reason. Even in union houses (hotels & casino's) a new employee can be fired for any reason during the 1st 90 days of employement! Not all unions are corrupt or run my mobsters (just like not all politicians are worthless or cater to special interest groups)

While it is true that some labor unions have had mob ties, and other problems, they served a very important function when they were 1st formed.

Before unions, there was no paid vacation, no health benefits, unsafe working conditions, long hours, etc. Lots of things workers now take for granted where the result unionised labor.

Having said that, a union for bloggers seems a bit strange. I can see uniting to get group health care rates, but a formal union seems to be going a bit too far.

It's not going to be long before Nazi's start trying to control the internet. They can't exist with tight controls over what people hear and see... they can't develope their divison and hatreds to make things like Swift Boat Vets work IF American's are talking to each others.
