I think some serious theorizing is warranted regarding the genesis of the polyps. One theory that we might explore is the possibility that the polyps are simply small pieces of his brain that got dislodged the last time he had his head up his ***. While this theory has many adherents it is still just a theory and can't be proven until the brain is actually examined at autopsy. What we might expect to find is that there are small pea-sized parts of his brain missing that resemble the polyups. But wait a minute, why should we be bound by science? Why can't we just make up a story like they do in the Bible?

Actually, I believe Josh was one of the original Bush Polyps.
You remember the "Bush Polyps" don't you?
I don't think John Bolton was in the group.
