"President Bush signed an executive order governing interrogation of terrorism suspects, prohibiting cruel and inhumane treatment..."

Yup, he's on a roll. Ain't got much time left to improve his image so he doesn't look like a total idiot.

Oh how long 18 months will be, I can't wait until that jerk ( nice word ) is in the history books. Now when he is in the backwoods of Texas and if Mexico attacks, this is one Tenn. man who would never volunteer to save Texas again.

Still valiantly trying to play the "working hard for you" card:
"I don%u2019t think it will affect in any way what the president tries to pursue on behalf of the American people,%u201D says Kaplan."
What's this? ..on behalf of the American people?
How about American corporations, surely, we can't leave theStill valiantly trying to play the "stay the course" and family values cards:
"America%u2019s involvement in Iraq does not have to end this way,%u201D Mr. Bush said. %u201CA free and stable Iraq is still in reach. It has the potential to transform the Middle East and bring us closer to the day when radical regimes are replaced by peaceful allies, when terrorists have fewer places to train and operate, and when moms and dads in the Arab world see a future of hope for their children"
Will there be any moms and dads left in Iraq? Especially after we arm rival militias. Didn't we do that for Saddam once?

omigod, 18 months to go?? This man, AND his vice, HAS to be removed, and quickly, or this PLANET is in really big trouble (there's already way more than enough trouble they've caused). I fear the worst on EVERY front.. even to the possibility that he, or they will declare martial law on the eve of the 2008 elections and call them off, in order to stay in power. I even think the Vick dogfighting charges are a result of a general moral decay this presidency is fostering!! It's become 'anything goes' for the idiots out there, because our 'leaders' have that philosophy.
